Went to another Starbucks and they made my daughter's drink wrong but we didn't realize until already on the 401. Stopped here to ask to buy a cup of coconut milk and the barisita said no, I will just give you to add to your drink. Super friendly and wanting to make things right. Another barisita then comes out to my car ans hands me a gift card for a few dollars off my next drink to make it right. It wasn't even this stores mistake. Talk about customer service....

The employees Alex and Owen deserve a raise. I was there today at around 5pm, and they were supposed to have 4 staff on shift. It was just Alex and Owen working. They were holding the place down. Between a jam packed drive thru and customers in house. They were running behind by 20/30 minutes and Owen and Alex’s mentality was and I quote “let’s do this.” For the entirety of my interactions with them they were super kind and friendly despite being rushed everywhere at once....

This is a great Starbucks location with friendly and consistent staff. The drinks are always made well, and I've only had one experience where it was a bit messy, likely due to a huge rush. My only minor issue is that you can't make a left turn to leave the parking lot, but that's not the store's fault.
