I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 15 years and this is the first time I experienced off-putting customer service. You are paying higher pricing at Starbucks for their customer service and the manager needs to have a conversation with Kai. I am an operations manager and I know the importance and value of exceptional client satisfaction. My coffee tasted horrible (which is rare) and Kai was upset and seemed highly inconvenienced to have to make it correctly as the americano was diluted with too much water. Learn your ratio then you wouldn’t have to have such a strong, negative reaction. I live down the street from this location and won't go here again. The re-make of my order tasted the exact same. Disappointed with the level of training and etiquette.

The lady working today was extremely rude. The front register wasn’t working but I didn’t see the sign on the front door because the door was being held open. All the lady said was “Did you not see the sign on the front door?” Extremely rude and unprofessional. Never coming back here
