I had a disappointing experience at this location. They wrote the wrong name on my order, which caused me to wait around 15 minutes before I had to ask about my beverage myself. If a name isn’t clear, it would be better to confirm the spelling with the customer instead of guessing and writing a random name. On top of that, my drink was already cold within a couple of minutes.

I recently visited the new Starbucks location, and I was impressed right away by its beautiful design. The space feels modern, cozy, and inviting—perfect for both relaxing with a coffee or getting some work done. The layout and décor create a warm atmosphere that makes this branch stand out from others.
What really made the experience special was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service with a smile. Combined with the great design, their positive energy made my visit truly enjoyable. This Starbucks is definitely worth checking out!

Love Starbucks so far. But this time it was disappointing. Tried a drink named “Pink drink” outta curiosity. It was all ice with 3 to 4 sips of drink. Not worthy for $7 at all.

Don't come here. Barista makes up policy about water not being free anymore. How you need to buy something in order to get WATER?!

Plus another location on thickson and Dundas had no problem giving out water for free.

Our turn came, but the staff ignored us and served someone else first. The customer service was extremely poor—both ladies kept ignoring us. Additionally, there were flies inside the fridge, which was disgusting. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Hoping the store manager could look at camera 405pm 17 March 2025

I'm quite sad that I have to find a new favorite starbucks. This location used to always make orders right and never got my order wrong. It's been a couple of times now that I received my order wrong. A lot of new faces every time I come in. If I ask for a grande, why am I getting a tall? Why was the tall inputted instead of a grande? Why is my drink being made with the wrong milk that I've asked for? If I request no foam, don't tell me you tried your best and the milk still made foam, just grab a spoon and scoop out the foam. I don't want the foam at all, dont give me a drink when I asked for none... I know it's small stupid things, but what is the point of coming to get a handcrafted drink then?
