We came in late with a toddler for a quick order of coffee and snacks, the service here was exemplary and we felt warm and welcomed even though it was just before closing. I would recommend this location to anyone in the neighborhood 🙂

I ordered a turkey provolone and pesto sandwich on a ciabatta bun (I don’t visit Starbucks often because of the prices and I don’t like their coffee). For some silly reason I thought maybe the sandwich would be made fresh, like at Tim’s or Subway and many other places (and maybe even look like the picture!!!!)….no such luck.
Anyway, the sandwich was pre-made, wrapped in a plastic pouch, and rather AWFUL. The worst part is that it cost $9.32 !!!!!!! For a freaking sub-par premade sandwich. Fortunately, I was hungry, but more fortunately, I had a gift card.
So, no money lost here, and certainly no love lost either. I may wait another 5 years before going back to Starbucks.
The one redeeming thing is that the young woman who served me was very pleasant and had a nice sense of humour. I wish I had gotten her name. Had it not been for her, my experience would have left me even more disappointed.

Just really disappointed in my experience yesterday. I went to order the new Pecan Crunch Drink as it was advertised on my app, in the store and outside of the store. As I ordered, the staff member told me no, it’s not available until the 1st of October. Absolutely no problem, I understand sometimes stores don’t get the ingredients right away, whatever! I ordered a different drink instead along with my partners drink. What I do not understand is why she then, after taking my order, went to a coworker and asked if they had it and the coworker said yes. They did this right in front of me while i’m waiting for where the drinks are picked up. The staff member who took my order then looked up and saw I could see/hear them and ran over to continue to serve the next customer. I don’t understand why she would say no to me and then clarify after I already had to pay for my other drink? Or why she couldn’t have asked the person to then make it? I’m just really upset with the way she treated me like I didn’t exist and loudly asked her coworker, it was really uncomfortable. Then, the next order was that drink. I don’t usually come to this starbucks as it’s out of the way but now I know I won’t try to come because it’s really the worst experience i’ve had, it’s like she was being the mean girl in highschool and it was all over her not knowing what was available.
