Amazing experience. Big shout out to John who was working the counter. I came in at 9:07 and I knew they closed at 9:30. I had a big order for the crew at work and John, with an amazing order took the large complex order and even hit me with a few jokes. Go John. 10/10 experience. Drinks were made to perfection. GIVE THAT BOYBA RAISE!!!!!!!

The barista was extremely cold and made me feel uncomfortable ordering. I tried to not let it affect me and tried to spark light conversation. She would not even smile. I felt like I was disturbing her by asking about my order. Her attitude was unpleasant, usually get excited to speak to the workers here. An energy drainer for sure, had to go to another Starbucks. No everyone is meant to work customer service.

I have been going to Starbucks for a long time for their lattes with non-dairy milk options and love their breakfast sandwiches and of course for their good customer service (at most of your branches). Today, I ordered a sandwich - ham and cheese croissant at this location and when I got to the car it was disappointing to see that my sandwich was half naked because the other side or half of the bread/croissant of the sandwich was almost separated from the rest of the sandwich - i was trying to put them together so i could have a proper bite but it was all messy. Pls know that i do admire your attention and care to what you do. Unfortunately, this one is a miss and i wanted you to know because i know this is not your standard and I hope this is just a one-off incident.
