I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the staff and management at the Starbucks located at 3940 Brock St N, Whitby, ON. I was not a customer, but an Uber Eats courier picking up an order. While I was waiting, a staff member offered me a complimentary drink. This unexpected gesture goes beyond simple customer service. It was a genuine act of humanitarian kindness and empathy toward someone in a service role. I truly wanted to recognize this generous spirit and the positive culture it represents. I ordered mocha coffee, but she didn't even call me when it came out. Of course, she didn't ask my name... She picked up the top of the cup and handed it over to me. I told them not to put whipped cream in my coffee, but they forgot to remove the cream. But when I opened it, it was all melted and there was about three quarters of a lukewarm coffee left. Guess what I ordered...

Decent Starbucks, albeit a bit small. Sadly, they removed the soft seating, presumably to encourage you to leve after making a purchase. A but ironic that they now offer free refills after your initial purchase. Regardless, if hou want a coffee or related product from Starbucks, nice to have one locally. And, staff are very friendlyand helpful. Overall, recommended.

Amazing experience. Big shout out to John who was working the counter. I came in at 9:07 and I knew they closed at 9:30. I had a big order for the crew at work and John, with an amazing order took the large complex order and even hit me with a few jokes. Go John. 10/10 experience. Drinks were made to perfection. GIVE THAT BOYBA RAISE!!!!!!!
