Was in the area and found this place on google. Had intentions of getting some brisket. Hey they have brisket burger, count me in! Talked to the lovely lady at the cash and told her I was starving. Attended Stuttering John's Smokehouse for a brisket cooking class. 5 Stars for sure. John was a great instructor and simplified everything. We would definitely do another class. The food was fantastic and we look forward to going back for some sandwiches and definitely going to pre-order a full AAA brisket to try out what I learned on my smoker!

I’ve been to stuttering John’s multiple times sometimes for food and sides and other times just to gut stuff for my own bbq! John has been nothing but super helpful even when I ask for advice on how to cook something! He’s the best would recommend him to any of my friends
