Very worst experience ever
They guys don’t even know how to talk with customers.
They guys saying me that they can’t put any other veggies except online order
Means they asking for extra money for veggie and sauce
Also saying they can’t grilled it because they just clean it and you select 4 sauces

They guys are worst for customers service

This place has the worst customer service. The brown lady is rude she did not want to provide me her name. Very unprofessional, I hope nobody spends their hard earned money to receive customer service like that. I will not be going back at all.

Banks the Micro Bully

There was 3 people working. No one would serve me. They just left me standing there. The kid out front was making an online order and there was 2 girls in the back just talking.i walked out.

Worst experience ever!!! Not sure the spelling of her name but Meneeza was extremely rude!!!!! She refused to put extra toppings on the subs and would not allow us to have toppings on the side. She made the subs messy and shook her head the entire time she was making them. She complained the subs were messy but she was the one making them. We asked for them to be grilled and she refused. After taking two bites I had to go up and pretty much beg for more lettuce explaining to another worker that Meneeza told me I cannot have any lettuce but there's not enough on it at all. Meneeza then shook her head repeatidly in disapproval. I've been to subway many times and have never had such a poorly made sub. Meneeza was very rude from the start. While in the restaurant i heard her speaking about me and being rude to another worker and on the phone with someone. When I walked over to the counter to speak with her she started recording me claiming I was harassing her. I have never been treated so poorly. Making false claims of harassment should not be taken lightly. I hope this can be followed up on as her behaviour seems very unstable. I asked for the managers information so I can call them and they said they don't do that. Hopefully someone will follow up on this review. I included a picture of the employee Meneeza. Please note it is the employee in the front with the orange name tag on her hat. The other employee was the one that graciously gave me the lettuce even though Meneeza shook her head no.

On Sunday night there was 2 girls working I order subs first of all, she didn’t wash her hand then she used it dirty knife on my subs they are very rude the cashier was telling that you cant used this coupon as system telling coupon has been used already I told the cashier how the system knows that coupon has been used already, when the customer give coupon you don't return back to customer. This is not making any kind of sense Cashier was very rude and yelling on me, I will never go back to this place for food order.

Ordered 6 inch rotisserie chicken sub, bland, dry, even with sub sauce lacked flavour and staff did not listen when I said three times tom atoes and kept adding onions. Expensive and not worth it for me.

I went there to buy 6 Inc sub with coupon of $2.00 off which we got in mail box the cashier was telling you cant used this coupon as system telling coupon has been used allready and i was telling cashier how the system knws that coupon has been used allready as when customer give coupon you dont return back to customer. This is not making any kind f sense Cashier was very rud and speaking loud voice.
