I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. Before I even placed my order, the employee assumed I only eat halal food based on my appearance, which is incorrect. She kept saying, “We don’t have halal here,” in an impolite tone, even though my look doesn’t reveal anything about my dietary preferences.
When I ordered chicken, she insisted on giving me tuna instead, repeatedly emphasizing the lack of halal options, even though I never asked about it. I tried to explain that I regularly eat here and know what I can order, but she continued to make unnecessary assumptions.
To make matters worse, she didn’t grill my wrap properly. I was so frustrated by her attitude and the overall experience that I didn’t even feel like asking her to fix it.
This behavior was completely unprofessional and disappointing, especially because I’ve enjoyed eating here in the past. I hope the staff receives proper training to avoid making assumptions about customers and to treat everyone with respect.

The employees that work here are miserable. Seems like a joke that they prompt you for a tip when they can't even muster a simple hello, or that my ordering a sandwich has somehow ruined their day. Terrible customer service and mediocre food as always.

Worst experience, lousy service, I have ham with no cheese (allergies), I got 3 tiny pieces of ham, fountain drinks were hot, no ice and no pepsi. I had to go back to ask for receipt.

I genuinely enjoyed my visit here a few months ago. So much that this experience has still been on my mind. The very friendly woman that served me was so cheerful and seemed to love being here. It is not very often in customer service that you are greeted kindly and asked how your day is. She asked what I was up to and we had the most lovely conversation. She also made me one of the best subs I have ever had! In society, people love to comment horrible things just because. I hope these negative reviews diminish and people begin to actually appreciate the basis of kindness that stems here. This kind lady deserves all of the 5 stars for her service. You are SO appreciated, and you made my day. I will continue to tell everyone I know that this subway is special ❤️

Brought my daughter for dinner tonight at Subway in thickson Plaza. Got our normal Subs, a meatball and a cold cut combo. When asking which condiment I want on the girl didn't listen very well I asked for salt and she put on Chipotle sauce. Instead of making me a brand new sub. Instead she decided to use a knife and scrape most of it off. When she figured she was done she proceeded to add more lettuce but there was still chipotle sauce on my sub. Some of the sauce went on a slice of cheese. She removed the cheese, but did not replace it. I've been going to this Subway since it opened. Never had an issue like this before

Bad service with impolite employees. Not recommended unless they get new staff. Not going here again. I was being trolled when I asked for more olives and she put 1 more olive (each time).. so i was like ??? And asked again. I asked maybe 3 times. She started giving me attitude, rolled her eyes, sighed, said she couldn't put anymore (than the 3 olives lol). I would usually get everything on it**!!, but this time I only wanted olives instead of those. The sandwich had nothing else in it except the cheese and green peppers and she wouldn't add anymore olives. She was snapping and talking back at me when i said that to her and i gave up since she was so rude. I didn't want to argue with someone like that. I paid and left.
Update: i think this experience killed my want to go to any Subway since i haven't been in over 4 years now and i used to go 5 days a week. Looking at other recent reviews here it looks like it hasn't changed.

Grumpy service, unwelcoming.
Went around 10am Fri the lady that was there was so kind. Food was great and fresh will be coming back
