I often visit Subway, but today I had the most authentic veggie patty footlong. I especially loved the customer service of Prachi the most. Most of the Subway employees get panicked and ruin their efforts, leading to compromised food. But despite having a rush of five people, she managed my order efficiently without getting panicked. The grilled footlong was up to the mark.

I stopped by Subway for a quick lunch, and it was a great experience.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and they made my sub exactly how I wanted it. Everything looked fresh—from the veggies to the bread—and they didn’t rush me while I picked my toppings. I really appreciated how neatly the sandwich was made too. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for something fast, fresh, and customizable.

Subway Subs - Consumers Rd Whitby South

Update : We were refunded , which I appreciate, Thank you. Takeaway should be don’t ask someone to leave their home to come back to the store to be told there is nothing that can be done until after the weekend. That wasn’t not appreciated.

So we just went to Subway for dinner and ordered 3 subs for my wife daughter and myself. My daughter got the 12” meatball. We get home and start to eat and my daughter’s 3rd bite, she pulls out a hard chunk of bone a bit smaller than a quarter. We call the store and they say to bring it in. So my wife and daughter stop eating, get in the car and go back to Subway. The lady looks at it and says oh, we will make you another Sub. My wife says no thanks, kinda lost our appetite, a refund should be issued for the sub. Oh no, we can’t issue a refund. So my wife asks to speak to the manager and is told it’s the long weekend, he won’t be in until Tuesday. So drove there twice and now have to go back a third time. Amazing Customer Service 🙄. Just thought you should know how they treat their customers!

FIFTEEEN dollars for a sandwich?!? Where do you guys get off?!?

Anyone else remember five-dollar-footlongs not so long ago? I could live with $10, but this is just crazy.

It was a sunny 7 degree November day and there are no curtains on any of the windows, it’s insanely hot in the restaurant and no matter where you sit the sun was in your face. Very uncomfortable eating here.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered the Chicken rancher sandwich through Skip. No toppings at all. No sauce no tomatoes no lettuce, no onions, no cucumbers, no green peppers, just a sad, pathetic, mangled piece of chicken and a bacon bit.
Last picture is what we should have received, the first 3 of what we actually received. Pathetic!

Yeah food was good during subway’s older menu options, i was disappointed when i came to know, there is no more grilled and crispy chicken options. Moreover, service was little slow as there were 3-4 customers at a time but only one employee was there. At last atmosphere was little congested and only four chairs were there i just waited 8-10 minutes to dine in. Otherwise it is good for one or two people at a time.
