This is the amount of steak and cheese I received in my steak and cheese sub when I ordered on the app. These are low, classless, underhanded people who will sell you a sandwich without any meat if you do not actually watch them make your sandwich. DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP. WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR SUB.

I was not impressed with the following:
- The woman serving me was not very pleasant when I was being kind to her the whole time. A male customer comes in afterwards and she's praising him! Fix your attitude lady!

- There was absolutely NOTHING in my sub! She only put like 3-4 thin slices of meat but it was so bare! Not even enough toppings to even compliment the whole thing!

I never usually complain but umm sorry, I ain't coming back here again. You need to hire better employees. I'm going to either Mr. Sub, Jersey Mike's or hell... Even a better subway! Good luck to you.

I recently ordered lunch and dinner using an online app. I ordered subs to a store in Ajax, but the app defaulted back to my preferred store in Whitby. When I called the store to rectify the mistake, the person I spoke to was rude and blamed me for not knowing how to use the app. I was instructed to contact Subway's head office, so I reached out to them through their website. Subsequently, I received an email from the owner of the Whitby store, who also blamed me for the error and did nothing to resolve the situation. I feel that this location does not value their customers and I do not recommend shopping there.
