Do not go here, you ask for canadian cedar cheese, they tell you do not have anymore,,, ask for cucumber, they tell you to your face, do not have it anymore. And this is at 5pm afternoon. People is this for real ??? Subway,,,, is this how you operate???? Absolutely shameless???

Ordered 3 footlong subway sandwiches today and had the worst experience.. the sandwich did not taste good.. very little vegetables and sauce.. it wasn’t made as per the order instructions.. it felt like I was eating bread.. upon calling the restaurant I was told there are running out of supply and hung up the call.. You shouldn’t be taking orders if they dont have enough supply to make them..

Showed up at 830am on a Sunday, but the door was locked and nobody was around. Posted hours on Google and the door say 8am opening. I'll plan to avoid here in the future.

Got an 12” assorted sub and it had far too much mayonnaise! My orange juice was outdated and melted to the bottom of the bottle. I asked for cookies as well with my combo and wasn’t given them. Very disappointing experience and customer service

Went there the other day to get subs. A lady there (who I have encountered before) always slaps the sub together making it hard to eat and has no customer service skills. Very little interaction and almost seems bothered by the fact there is customers coming in.

Usually a good sandwich from this location. Of the two young lady’s working our server was a little more than carefree. Just slapped things together uneven distribution of Veg. Seemed just not to care she was making someone’s dinner. A little disappointing.

Not sure what's going on, price gouging or what but my turkey sub in oshawa is 11.95 tax in and i just paid 28.68 for two explain that? Won't return to this location!

Very disappointed with how the sandwiches were made. I ordered on line one sub was Foot,one “green goddess veg” I checked off that the sauce was to be less as per their menu. They either didn’t read and follow that instruction the sandwich was drowning in sauce. It literally was dripping out of the bag. Also they didn’t cut through the bread and because the sandwich was soaked the sandwich came apart when lifting it. Vert disappointing The second sub was footling maple wood smoked bacon and ham. I had to take the sandwich apart to see if there was any bacon. There were a few small crisp pieces at the bottom. Couldn’t even taste them. I doubt I’ll order on line again from this location.
