Came here today with my little ones around 12pm, And I would never come back, the woman who served us should never be doing customer service, we were served last even though we were first in line, she tried to charge me twice the amount even though I told her in the beginning that I had a Subway coupon, and when we finally got our order, all our three footlong sandwiches had STALE BREAD! and what I don't understand is, the person in front of us had a coupon as well and she got to choose her bread, but we were not allowed to choose ours, where does it say in the actual coupon below that your only allowed plain bread? Big waste of money, and a very biased service in the way we were treated.

Absolutely awful service - I ordered a sub via the subway app which they made incorrectly then when I came back and told them it was incorrect they instructed me to contact the main office for a refund and told me they weren't able to make me a new sub. Something to certainly remember if you're using the new fancy SUBWAY app! BUYER BEWARE

I came here around 9-9:30 - sign on the door said they don’t close until 11pm… they have ONE employee working. There was 1 person in front of me and 2 walked in after me. My sub was so rushed and had ZERO toppings. WORST sub I’ve ever had in my life & I love subway I go at least once a week but not to this location. My sister got one as well and hers was made awful too. Honestly just bread and the meat - I could count the pieces of lettuce she put on our subs. Very very very disappointing as I'm paying $15 for a sub with absolutely nothing on it. The subway on Garden St. in Whitby makes much better subs!!! I will not be returning to this location. Not to mention the lady working had very poor customer service, didn’t say anything to us and when we left I said thank you have a good night and she walked away and didn’t say a word…. How rude.

Was let down with the quality of service/food I received today. I get it’s just a subway but the staff could be a bit more friendly. The sub was fine but the cookies which are supposedly baked “daily” we as hard as a rock. I’ve received much better at other Subways around.

I am giving this a 3 star because typically the service is great, but today I was taken by surprise. I come here often for lunch from work, and the staff are very friendly. The owner/manager is always super nice and welcoming!!Today the boy behind the counter made the order in front of me, gave the lady her change and proceeded to make my order without changing his gloves once. After handling money that’s been god knows where…?! I don’t think so.To management, please advise your staff how to handle food safely or I will not be coming back.To anyone wanting to order from here, please watch carefully or you’ll be eating contaminated food.

Never a good experience when you have to ask for the same topping 3 times just to cover the bun! There's nothing worse than feeling like you're being an inconvenience and wasting their time.Would not go back to this location.
