Came for brunch. Clean and neat place. Hostesses were very pleasant and welcoming. Eggs Benedicts and kids breakfast were good.Kid-friendliness: Hostess very nice and warm towards my kid and called him "cute thing" which makes us smiles

One of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. It took an hour to get any food. Ordered over easy eggs, not cooked. Toast was burnt. When these issues were raised to the manager, they replied “Oh, that’s too bad.”Spare yourself and go elsewhere

**WARNING in Whitby**Beware of Early Billing.Halfway through our brunch this morning, my party and I were presented with the bill for our meal.Have you ever received the bill for your meal at any restaurant not only prematurely but without requesting it?How would you react to this event?What would be the message to you-the repeat customer?Highly presumptuous and very disrespectful.I will happily spend my hard-earned money elsewhere...Hollandaise and Hurry Up!

Asked for water when coffee came and then when food came and actually had to go the the counter before it was finally brought. I could understand if it was busy but 3 tables is not too much to remember.

Specifically asked for just eggs and bacon only without toast and potatoes. We received eggs, bacon and potatoes, charged for a full meal when their side orders clearly stated cheaper. It was dirty and only had one waitress for the entire restaurant. Never going back

Being a customer of other locations this was our first visit to this Whitby location as we were in the area. Business was busy as all are. We were shown to a table and given menus by a lady that said she was too sore to climb the 3 steps to the upper seating area in the back. It was 15 minutes before our waitress came over and apologized for not seeing us there waiting. Placed our order and the food arrived in standard time. Food as always was perfect. Not once did the young blonde short haired (name not provided) waitress return to see how everything was or to top up a coffee. While eating the man at the table left to use the washroom, came back to his table cleared and jacket taken away and the poor guy wasn’t even done eating. This was done by our nameless waitress. When the meal was complete she arrived and then asked how everything was and topped my coffee up. I’d say a tad late.Total and complete lack of customer service on this staff members part and clearly management needs to retrain this individual.I can’t say I’d return to this location as we aren’t from Whitby but I’d never recommend it to anyone.
