Worst sushi place I have been to for all you can eat!
I came along with a friend who doesn't like seafood as much but is a fan of veggie rolls and chicken, and I personally am vegetarian and LOVE veggie rolls!

Every piece of friend chicken tasted like seafood because I guess they use the same oil for frying, and not very tasty. Very limited and basic selection of veggie rolls, and too much rice compared to the veggies inside.
The dessert menu was also limited.

Giving 2 stars because the staff brought our food in reasonable time and ambience of this restaurant is beautiful. Such a shame that food is subpar with limited options (see pics) :/
won't ever be returning or doing a takeout.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My boyfriend and I try to go here at least once a month for date night.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options. There's something for everyone.

Dietary restrictions: Every item on the menu tells you what is in it, and if you have questions, they are more than happy to answer.

Parking: Nice large parking spots and on three sides of the building.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have high chairs.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible for wheelchair users.

We regularly visit this restaurant as the prices are competitive to similar places and the food is consistently good. Staff are attentive but give you time and space to enjoy your meal. There is an extensive menu and a good selection of both sushi, sashimi and cooked dishes. The also does a brisk takeout business.

Parking: Restaurant is on the edge of plaza parking lot. I have never had difficulty finding parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible

Very disappointingly, changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star after 3 years of being a semi regular customer.

The quality hasn’t been great the last few times, but most recently it was inedible. We just threw out $150 of food and got cheap pizza instead. It all tasted somewhere between bland and spoiled/rotten and everybody was uncomfortable eating it for fear of getting sick. We’re never coming back.

(They also got our order wrong on that visit, but they fixed it promptly, so it’s not really a big deal compared to the food not really being edible food.)

You have to eat fast. otherwise, the waiters are so rude and push you to leave the table as soon as possible.

HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNING

My recent experience with Sushi Today was appalling on multiple levels—ranging from severe allergy negligence to a shocking decline in quality and cleanliness. I placed an order through Uber Eats, clearly specifying my niece’s allergies in the notes. Despite this, her meal contained ingredients she’s highly allergic to, leading to a terrifying reaction that could have been easily avoided had they taken proper care.

Concerned and upset, I drove to the restaurant to address the issue. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was finally met by an employee who wasn’t even the manager. Instead of showing any accountability or concern, they dismissed me with, “I don’t know what you want me to do.” I had to insist on an apology—something that should have been given immediately, especially under such serious circumstances. The lack of remorse and basic humanity was astonishing.

To add to the frustration, I’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of Sushi Today’s food over the years. Once a reliable choice, the food now tastes progressively worse, and the restaurant itself is in poor condition, with flies everywhere and little attention to cleanliness. Given this pattern of negligence, I’ll be notifying the health and safety board to ensure that no one else has to experience this kind of disregard for customer well-being. If you have any dietary restrictions or simply value quality and safety, consider this a warning to avoid Sushi Today.

Dietary restrictions: They fail to adhere to dietary and allergy restrictions.

We had a All-You- Can- Eat dinner here. Overall, the service was good, no complaints. The food was served quickly and tasted okay. 👍 The prices were reasonable for the kids. We had a good dinner. 😊

Quick service and tasty food, however I'm used to in Brazil having to order individually, here most are 6 pieces of sushi and they're very large, that is, if you're alone you won't be able to try half the menu, there were 3 of us and We didn't even complain about the temakis (cone roll) not being delivered.
