Every single time I order off of the swiss chalet app there is one if not multiple things wrong with the order , also they messed something up on my order just now and I spoke to a very rude young woman on the phone , I asked for chalet fries and they sent normal and she said they could send me some delivery and I asked if I could get a credit to which she responded they cost the same, so am I just supposed to sit here for 45 minutes waiting for my chalet fries while my food goes cold? And somewhat recently I ordered buffalo wongs from this particular location and they sent me the wrong flavor wings 3 times to which at that point my hunger had passed and had spent most my afternoon waiting for my dinner , would highly recommend a different location food/ service wise and am flabbergasted at how rude this young lady was with me for asking for a credit since they had messed up my order

Went to order the festive family feast. We wanted the 6 legs instead of a whole chicken. They told me they couldn’t give me the chicken legs because they were “busy”. I even offered to wait for 30 minutes for them and they said they couldn’t do it. No other explanation was given. We will not be coming back here due to the poor service. Do yourselves a favour and go to a different location or you’ll find they might be “too busy” to serve you.

I’ve ordered delivery straight from this restaurant several times and it has always taken forever to get the food. I have had to call each time to check on the food delivery time AFTER the food should have already been here and it was still at the restaurant. No compensation or apology or anything is ever offered. Just “we’re busy”. But if I pay extra to order through Uber eats or something I get the food in a decent time

Will not be ordering from the location again, second time ordering here and food was forgotten, and the service at the pick up station was lacking, didn't get attention, not even a hello, for 20 plus minutes, with a line up of angry people behind me. Someone only came to help when another customer yelled for help. Maybe other locations are better? But I wouldnt reccomend it here

This is the best dining experience I've had in a really long time. I had mixed up the closing time and arrived 10mins to closing really hungry. Which already felt like I had to order and rush my food from the greeter's demure. But then Trish the dish Aka Trisha was our server and she made our dining experience memorable. She was patient, absolutely funny, and great company. Almost felt like we were having an exclusive vip dining experience. Food was also awesome. Now that's true customer service. I wish I could give Trish 10 stars. Next time I go there I'm going to ask if Trish is working and ask to be seated in her service area. That's just how amazing she is. She turned my already bad evening into a delightful one.

This was the best dinner we've had yet at a Swiss chalet. We travel to Whitby often, and we always stop here to have our dinner. Our server was AMAZING! Her attention to us was top-notch. She was friendly, kind, caring, and very much appreciate her taking such good care of us. Above and beyond her job duties for sure, so very pleased with her service. Tricia was her name! 5☆ all the way!
