Very disappointed with my experience at this Swiss Chalet. I ordered the Rotisserie Club Wrap and discovered a long hair with the cuticle still attached inside my food. This is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. It ruined the entire meal and left me questioning the hygiene standards at this location. I will not be buying from this location again.

Overall terrible experience ordered for my kids while on vacation in the hotel beside them they messed up most of the order and forgot the kids deserts that my kids live of course when my wife called she was met with resistance and bully on the other end till I got on the phone then his attitude seemed to be cured in the end I got what I needed but needed to fight to get it I can now see why Swiss Chalet is sadly gonna be closing the doors soon it was a staple in my house growing up, but like everything else has changed with the ongoing problems we are facing in Canada

This is an excellent location! We ate here on a weekend evening and our server Caitlin was a pro. She is efficient, professional and personable. I mistakenly ordered a chicken item that was not what I intended, and she took the plate back and ensured that I received what I meant to order, in record time. The food is fresh and tasty, brought without any long waits. The restaurant is clean and spacious, with an updated decor. I highly recommend this location.

We used to love Swiss Chalet but my last visit was very disappointing. I actually did a drive thru order but when I got phone the chicken on a kaiser were both dry and I had a large bone in mine. I am really glad I did end up swallowing it or choking on it.

First of all , the tables are disgusting, there is an issue with the table tops and you stick too them I ordered the special with a baked potato, the chicken was way smaller than normal so no value in the special , baked potato was black inside And to top it off , on a really hot day the air conditioning was set way too high , it was uncomfortable, even the server looked like she was dying from heat , the server was fine but the food and table conditions, time to close this Swiss Chalet before it spoils the name
