We asked for a quiet area to sit they sat a family with little kids having a birthday party next to us and another group of about 15 people just down from us the cutlery is dirty none of the knife and forks match the location by the highway has gone down hill we been waiting for our food for about and hour and people that ordered after us got their food The seats are dirty and ripped and holes new furniture in here and plus the tables always sticky gross and service very bad and no tip from us

Terrible. Yesterday I placed an online order for pickup, it said my pickup time was 12:44, when I arrived I waited until 1 before speaking with other people whom were also waiting, some of them had been there over an hour. No one from the staff was communicating with anyone either and the whole time I was there not a single person waiting for their food. Eventually by 1:10 I just left.

It’s not rocket science but pretty bad I have to drive to a location rather than my local Swiss Chalet. Just not comfy going there after I questioned certain lady as to why I’m not getting what I ordered . So we chose Whitby would’ve gone to Pickering but was out east at the time .

Agree with others. Worst Swiss Chalet experience. Aprons and uniform pieces on the floor?? Filthy establishment. Terrible, cold food. And of course the icing on the cake was the mouse running around the dining room. Stay away from this location.

Kim our waitress was very friendly and wonderful paying attention to our desires. She went above and beyond provided us with everything we requested including water cleanse cups and extra napkins. Her smile was infectious and we hope to see her again ❤️...the food we ordered was all amazing...highly recommend this location for dining 🍽 😀.
