Went here for dinner was completely disgusted in the service made a complaint about the food just wanting it remade then the supervisor Megan came out all rude and ignorant calling my wife the B word then as we were leaveing she tried to attack my wife with our 1yearold daughter in her arms cops come and they tell us were not welcome back but the supervisors manager allowed that lady to continue working like absolutely disgusted also went to another swiss and found out its not the first time they have herd this about that supervisor

Woman at cash couldn’t tell me how to use the bonus coupon. We had to come in for pick up because we couldn’t see the pick up parking.Parking: Couldn’t find the vip parking for curbside pick up.

Waitresses are always nice here, that's why I gave it two stars. The food however, is awful. The last couple of times I've come here the food was disgusting, and that's not over exaggerating. The quarter chicken was very fatty, undercooked, and under seasoned. The skin on the chicken was not crispy at all, it was very floppy and gross. The fries were VERY dark and dripping with oil, they probably fry batches early on and then throw them back in the fryer when orders come in making them dark and very oily, inedible. The signature Chalet sauce was thick and gloopy and had an off flavour, it is supposed to be more runny with a spicy, tangy taste. Will never come back to this location, the quality of the food has gone WAY down.

January 27th we went in and had a very warm welcoming from our server Tricia! The whole duration of our dining experience was wonderful! Tricia gave us a tip for having crispy skin on our chicken, when it was brought it definitely was, food was hot and fresh! Tricia is such a wonderful server and human being! So bubbly & fun!!! We will definitely be back to this location and we will hopefully be able to request to have her if she is ever in when we go back! Thank you Tricia for being so amazing!!

The ABSOLUTELYTHE WORST Swiss Chalet drive thru I have been to!!! Waited almost a half and hour to get the food.The order taker I thought forgot about me, took my order but wasnt listening what sides I wanted obviously!!! When I paid for it I had to insert it and the worker left the machine outside with me for at least 5 minutes until she came back.She was everywhere else but taking care of me.Another worker gave me my order instead. Then when I got home it was incorrect . Didn't get any buns and the 3 side order of fries were 2 chicken egg rolls and perogies.One of the chicken legs even had chicken hair on it. Tried calling the store for 5 minutes,absolutely no answer and no answering machine! My order was 7440.Jan 20th placed at 617pm.I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!
