Showed up at 9pm when the restaurant says it closes at 10pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was closed. The waitress also saw us standing at the door but pretended she didn't see us. No sign on door explaining the early closure and waitress didn't even come to the door to explain. Didn't expect this from a large franchise. Won't be returning.

Had late lunch, early dinner about 2:30 pm. Meal was forgettable. Chicken dry, French fries overcooked and bun was stale. $50.00 for a horrible meal. Never again.Parking: Limited with new storage building close by

swiss chalet is always a good option for comfort food! ? the food was pretty good, I didn't love my quesadilla (not enough cheese, too much chicken and also falling apart), but I'd just get something else next time. ☺️☺️ overall it was awesome!

This is our go-to location. The food is always fresh and tasty. Also this restaurant is very clean. The main reason we choose this location is because the service we receive from Laura. We offend request her when we arrive. Laura is warm friendly and professional. She is great with my family.. especially with my two boys. Laura also aware of my son's food allergy. Thank you Laura for always making us feel welcomed and always enjoying the positive experience. Thank you for making us feel like family

Did an order for take out, 2 quarter chicken dinners. 1 with rice one with fries. The fries were probably the worst fries I have ever had, the taste like they have been left out for hours. Also the chalet sauce was room temperature. The chicken was fine, so issues... but just very disappointing for an establishment such as Swiss Chalet.

Lots of issues with cleanliness:- table was dirty and sticky- cutlery was dirty (knife had some dried food left on it from the dishwasher)- appetiser plates were dirty- floor was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, and yet the floor was also slippery in one spot such that my daughter almost fell- men's washroom had no paper in itOn top of that, the food just wasn't great and the server was inattentive and came across short in her limited interactions with us.Parking: Parking is extremely limited.
Over priced food. The portion of rice and the 1/4 chicken was small. Comes in a big paper box. Lookedf like trash. Disapointed. I am not going to spend my $ here.

This is a regular haunt for my mom and I. Always great, friendly, speedy service; nice touch that the staff remembers us. This is a popular location - so be prepared to wait if you don't arrive extra early. Can be noisy for those managing hearing aids - but an early or later arrival will compensate.
