Have been a regular of this restaurant for over 6 years. Same friendly staff, good service and reasonably priced good food keep us coming back.

Delicieux breakfast. Home fries on point.

We recently visited T&D and had a mixed experience. The food was good overall. 2 eggs scrambled were great, the home fries, while a bit greasy (which I enjoy) were tasty, and I appreciated the option to order a side of gravy – which some breakfast establishments don't offer. The bacon, however, was a little too salty for my taste.
Also ordered a pancake, but its size was quite disappointing; it was so small that it felt off-putting. On the bright side, the coffee was enjoyable.
The wait staff seemed fine despite hearing comments about them not being overly friendly. However, the music playing was a downside. It was a bit loud, and given the season, I would’ve preferred Christmas music to match the festive vibe.
Overall, a decent experience with a few areas that could be improved. Not sure if we'd return.

Had an excellent dinner. Chicken Caesar warp was excellent, so much chicken, excellent (and real) bacon and the kids enjoyed the all day breakfast options. Such a great hidden gem in Whitby for anyone craving classic diner food. The french fries are the best!

We had a great experience. Our server was fantastic. We went in on wing night and I was happy enough with the wings that I got.

Been going here for over 30 years and just had to walk out after being seated for 15 minutes and not even getting a coffee. All this, while watching the rude waitress serve folks that were just seated. Too bad, I was really looking forward to my perogies and eggs.

My family went here every weekend for breakfast for years and it's always been consistent and good food , since new owners took over the prices are a bit steep which has led to less frequent visits and the family finding a new breakfast spot . Great food but at a price!

What an absolute disgrace and disappointment…the old waitress that works here is so unprofessional and rude just a huge huge disappointment in the service and food. I spoke to the cook and he couldn’t care less. The standard of food is trash and the service is worse. 30 yrs ago this place had a great burger. That old bag just ruined everything..her attitude was terrible. The owner was in the back when we trying to resolve our issue and he wouldn’t even come out. I’m not surprised though. Go see for yourself..

Best breakfast joint in Whitby. I’ve been going there for 20 years. My staple is the Greek Omelette. I highly recommend it.

Love this place for breakfast and lunch. Their French fries are good, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
Carol and Diane and great servers, food is always fresh and fast.
