I have never had bad food from this restaurant. Staff turnover seems to be a bit high, so staff don't always know specific menu items or promos. Please bring back the Caramel Apple Empanada permanently, and Big Box of Nachos!!!

It's take out food - drive thru or eat in. For fast food, it's getting pricy for two. But it is still good food.

Ordered through uber eats and they didn’t send the drink I ordered. Called Taco Bell and the lady said there’s nothing they can do and to Call Uber Eats for a refund. I called Uber eats and they won’t give a refund. This is the second time something like this happened at the same location. Thickson Road in Whitby.

I know food places are cutting corners for "cost saving", but to not even put filling the entire bottom? Come on guys...

Is there a reason everytime I go through the drive thru my order is missing something? I know the owner doesn't give af but I'm done wasting money on this place. I didn't realize packing tacos into a bag was so difficult.
P.s hire some workers that aren't Chinese.

The menu has changed since I was there last so look at it online first before going. Soft tacos were a mess when I received them and they don't fill them enough. My biggest complaint during my visit was everything they have on the counter. A takeout shelf and other things blocked half the menu. Not organized for customer experience, only takeout convienance.
Taco bell, like so many other fast food restaurants are failing on value for money. We need to all stop going to teach them a lesson.

Had to clean our own table. None of the tables had been cleaned, floor looked like it had not been cleaned all day. Sticky stuff on our table. Not cool. Staff saw us struggling to find a clean table and did nothing. Seemed more concerned with their take out orders. I’ll stick to take out next time as well.
