WOW! This might be the worst taco bell I've ever been too! I ordered the Discovery luxe box (dorito locos, hard taco, and steak burrito) The service was good, but i paid $22/23, I asked for both of my tacos (dorito and regular) to upgrade to a supreme, and a side of nacho cheese. So an extra $5.00, I got home and In my box was a regular soft taco..??? Didn't order that (no filling just a wrap) a regular hard taco, also almost nothing in it, and my steak burrito had NO STEAK! Just a wrap with cheese and nachos in it! Like who works for yall? Yall that slow? 💀🤦♀️ I wrote this because I don't wanna waste my gas driving all the way back, and yall had the nerve to write this on my box??? Instead of craft with care..craft it right!!!

I’m sorry but, what is this?? Who makes and served a Crunchwrap with virtually no meat in it? $40 for myself and my husband to eat, and everything was like this. Not to mention, the nacho supreme dip and the nacho cheese was cold. And the $3 churros came with 3 tiny churros?!

Hope you like waiting at the drive thru machine and be forced to sit there for eternity to have nobody service you. Id like to give zero star considering service was literally non existent... Nobody there to take orders... I dont know where the employees went or what they were doin in backroom. Certainly wasn't working. Useless staff, ill never come back

Ask for “lots of hot sauce”…. You’ll get none! Guy at cash can’t take an order unless you spell it out and the women putting the orders out on counter can’t describe the order you kinda have to guess that the one up is yours.
They always forget something. Two times now they have forgotten the chips. Love you taco bell. Please don’t forget peoples chips/fries. 💔

Went through the drive-thru at around 9:15 PM on December 5th. (Today) And the drive thru attendant was extremely arrogant, and disrespectful. He wasn’t answering questions, he was blatantly rude when we asked for more Taco Bell sauce. Overall, dude seemed like he’s built for more of a background role, and not a customer service role. I expect a lot better from a big chain fast food company.
