Ask for “lots of hot sauce”…. You’ll get none! Guy at cash can’t take an order unless you spell it out and the women putting the orders out on counter can’t describe the order you kinda have to guess that the one up is yours.

It tastes the same as other taco bell locations as expected. Efficient and polite service. Slightly treacherous drive thru curbing for larger vehicles.

Went through the drive-thru at around 9:15 PM on December 5th. (Today) And the drive thru attendant was extremely arrogant, and disrespectful. He wasn’t answering questions, he was blatantly rude when we asked for more Taco Bell sauce. Overall, dude seemed like he’s built for more of a background role, and not a customer service role. I expect a lot better from a big chain fast food company.

Absolutely terrible service, placed an online order for pickup and get to the establishment and stand in front of the mobile pickup just to be blatantly ignored while other customers are served. 4 customers were dealt with before I could even pickup my order and it was ready behind the counter.

This location is likely the worst in Durham Region. I got a cheese quesdilla and it was just shredded cheese, no sauce inside.

Skip this location and go to North Oshawa
I'm always so pleased when I go to this location, the staff and food are excellent.

Thickson location is extremely disapointing, it's like they want to save money and don't include the basic ingredients. They don't follow menu-spec.

Food was great and nothing was wrong with the order, but the lobby was a mess and the staff even locked us inside and no one came to let us out after we asked (they told us they were locking the door and to get one of them to let us out when we were leaving). We ended up figuring it out ourself.

So firstly, when i walked in, i probably waited for 5 or so minutes to be acknowledged. They made my food COMPLETELY WRONG. There was barely any meat. No sour cream. I went to a different location and got the same order the whole thing had a completely different flavour. I dont even know what else was missing in there. They didnt even say a WORD to me when I asked to have my $ refunded. Not im sorry about that. Oh wow your right theres no meat. They didnt seem surprised at all. Why because I didnt tip them for making me wait for 5 before being acknowledged? Anyway, if its possible for you, I would go the extra 8 minutes down to the another location. This one even had the wheelchair automatic door opener thing dangling off the wall. Does not work. Also, if your going thru drive thru i would check your food before actually leaving. I asked for my food to go, and then I ended up eating there.
