HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered spicy chicken wings over the phone with other dishes for my birthday. Even confirmed my order twice before getting off the phone. I get there, I asked for cutlery. She places it on the dirty table. I said why don’t you put them inside the bag instead? It’s just common courtesy and placing them on the table is disgusting. She said “not my job”. How rude. I should’ve walked away at this point and left the food. Anyways, I get all the way home after driving in a huge snow storm, and find that they are regular chicken wings and not the spicy ones. Not to mention what kind of chicken wings are these??? The fried rice was also not mixed meat as requested. I called the store to complain, and of course they didn’t answer. They must’ve saw my phone number and knew they messed up. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I should’ve believed the 3.3 star review, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I should’ve listened to the Google reviews.

I ordered from uber eats right after I ordered I canceled it cuz I ordered something wrong but I didn’t read the policy that i will be charged for this
but it’s not I just cancelled it I want to reorder it right after 2 items but this restaurant charged me for the cancelled order too this is ridiculous that I reordered it too they should have at least did something to make customer happy when I talked over phone she talked to me very rudely. Why would I do uber eats if I have to pick the canceled item. They should have done something I always eat from this restaurant but this time it was a very big disappointment. Although I told them I m pregnant cooperate with me this time I will be careful next time

Great Indian style Chinese food. Staff is also great. Seating/ dinners clean. Also take out available. Weekend super busy, week days busy but easily find place to dine in. Over all excellent experience.

Food and service is great. Never had any issues with their food. But if you're looking for dine in, a good quarter of their back wall is used for storage.

It is outrageous how you guys charge for hot sauce when people order multiple dishes. Just because you are only decent hakka restaurant in neighborhood, you shouldn't get too greedy and implement ridiculous charges. Brutal customer service. Quality of food isn't same as what it used to be.

chicken lollipop is original indian lollipop they give KFC chicken with sauce on the side. Also as they add 10% service charge to our bill without informing you. I paid double the tip. Not happy. Not coming back for sure

Checked this place out for lunch and I probably wouldn’t go back. I got chili chicken with steamed rice. The rice tasted like day old rice, it was crunchy. I understand it’s a lunch special but rice is cheap, they can serve fresh white rice.

I was a fan of this restaurant before but as of a long weekend i ask them if i can come in for a dine in at 8:30 as their closing time was 9 so their staff started crying on phone that you need to leave by 9 or else it will be better if you find other places and not come here for dine in.
Thats not a good way to run the restaurant….disappointed
