Service today was unfortunately super slow and had to wait over 25 minutes for my food. However, the food quality size and taste is extra extraordinary.

The service is top notch here. Mit (the owner) takes care of his customers like family. He knows my family's preferences when we order, always welcomes us with a smile, and somehow the food tastes better than any other Thai Express we've been to. We refuse to go to any other location and are willing to travel longer just to get to this location. The place is always clean, the food is tasty, and the service is the BEST!

The Pad Thai was very dry and just okay. I've been to this location a few times for the same thing hoping it gets better but it never does. The best pad thai is at the Oshawa Center. Never disappointed.
One of the worst take out meals I have had, service and atmosphere not applicable since it was a delivery order.
Took over 1 hour for the food to get delivered. We ordered the general tao chicken on fried rice, flavour was just OK, nothing special. We understood that the chicken pieces weren't going to crispy due to the take out. Mango salad was a few pieces of julienne mango with some shredded lettuce, there's no dressing at all. The spring roll was luke warm and half soggy. The beef thai poutine was a big clunk of fries and gooey cheese & gravy stuck together, beef was tough.. there were some fried chicken pieces in a separate paper baggie, they resembled popcorn chicken/nuggets, they were so dry with no flavour, there's more batter than chicken meat.
We order take out quite often and we absolutely understand that the food quality is expected to be diminished compared to dine in at any restaurant. But this meal is by far the worst anyone can get, we ended up throwing half of it out and my dog ate a few pieces of the dried out chicken nuggets he thought closed enough to his chicken treats.

I visited the place at very late near closing.
I know how it feels to be last hour customer but the staff was very friendly and made my order pretty quick with the perfection.
I met the guy name "Darshan" he calmly made my order we also had a little chat .
And was very friendly.
Must visit place
Thank you thai express staff.

Two of us ordered exact same food but they both tasted different due to less soya sauce and other seasonings in one while the other one had way more. The quantity was also less in one serving than the other and the price seemed high. I won’t go there again as I feel they have no standards in quantity and quality

Stopped by later one evening with my daughter to bring home some takeout and very pleasantly greeted and served at the counter. While waiting for our food the lovely man brought us some Jasmin tea to enjoy while waiting. Nice touch!

Yesterday was our first time at this specific Thai Express location and we very impressed. The man on cash was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We ordered our food and then waited at the counter (because I’ve only been to locations in a mall food court) but the gentleman said “please have a seat, I’ll bring your food to you” which I was pleasantly surprised by! He then came over and brought us some jasmine tea while we waited. The good was great and the service was amazing! We will definitely be back!!

The food here was really good, I was greeted with friendly customer for the most part. The only issue I have is that I felt a little unwelcome as someone with an infant. My little one started crying slightly before I left, obviously communicating in the only way they can and I looked at one of the workers who looked completely annoyed. Other than that, I would recommend, just not for dine in again, on my part.
