Best Thai Express location, I ordered twice from here this week😭🙏🏽Pad thai is never dry

First time eating in this location.
When i come in store very clean and reception was great
When i made the order i saw the guy did small mistake so politely i ask him to fix it up and the guy directly apologized and fix it up and because it was dine in , him and the team treated us very highly professionally.
I’m really happy that’s he didn’t took anything personally and they worked as a team to make us happy.
Highly recommend the quality of the food and the service.

This location is one of the best I tried. The owner ensures great customer service and commits to the best service. He always goes an extra mile to serve customers. The way the owner/employees prepared the food was perfect according to my customized request. I really appreciate their service and food quality! It's also a clean location. They can make it egg-free, soy-free and gluten-free. They even replaced canola oil with a healthier oil!

This Thai express is pretty modern and nice inside. Now that the one positive is out of the way, we can move onto the main issue with this location.

Be very careful of ordering here when you do take out, unless you are watching over them while they are making things, the reality is that they will cheap out on anything and everything. Your protein chosen will barely be there and it’s always hit and miss. Perhaps it’s a lack of training with personnel but there are other reviews here highlighting the same issue. Proceed with caution

I just wanted to say that every time I come here, Vipul is always so polite and accommodating. His customer service is 10 out of 10 and it is very rare to experience this consistent service when going to other restaurants. The food is great, service is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend.

The pad Thai does not taste like a traditional pad Thai and the portions was 'very' small filling a small takeout container only 3/4 to the top.

My fresh shrimp rolls were essentially a salad. Two shrimp in each roll cut in pieces to make it seem like more. I tasted only lettuce and been sprouts. My mother and I each ate 1/2 of 1 and tossed the rest.

Would not go back. Would not recommend.

food is delicious..they have good service atmosphere is so quite and cold especially in hot weather.
