Honestly, the food and service at this location is pretty good. The staff were very patient and understanding. They took the time to explain the meal options and served the food pretty fast. All of the food was pretty decent and better at this Thai Express compared to other ones I’ve been to. The only issue is the cleanliness of the place. I saw a small white bug on one of the toilet papers in the washroom. The seats were pretty dirty and made me a little disgusted to dine there. I wish I could give it 5 stars because everything else was good, even the decorations.

This has to be the SLOWEST Thai Express. Normally hit them up in downtown food courts and and it's only a few minutes from ordering until it's ready. Everytime I order here, it's at least a 20 minute wait. There is nothing express about this location. I even have tried ordering ahead. They are supposed to be the McDonald's of Thai food...Price has also gone up and no longer holds the value it once did... almost better off going to. Proper Thai restaurant now.Did give a star back as the gentleman apologized for being slow amd threw in some pop. Appreciate that!
