Table of 3 2 senior ladies and a 10 year old, totally blanked by the waitress named Maddie. We arrived at 4:45 and 25 minutes later had to approach the bar to get service. No menus, no drinks actually served every other table! People who arrived 30 minutes after us had their food order and we were still waiting. Food was great but the waitress is not!

Just had a lovely porch patio lunch, excellent roasted veggies with Sheppards Pie, Club Sandwich too filling to eat all at once, coffee, sticky toffee pudding all was delicious! Jade the very busy waitress, was attentive, efficient and friendly!
We had lunch there on Saturday on the patio, the food was delicious (wings were soooo good), and the service was excellent. Will definitely return and would recommend. My only suggestion is maybe make the trip to the loo a bit easier?? It was a long walk 🤭

If you ever need a traditional greasy spoon fix this is the place. There is more grease on the tables than my shop floor. Asking several times to get the table clean just spread it thinner. Perhaps its from the rub and tugs that like it to connect. Plenty of better places in whiteboy or even in da doity schwa.

Meh at best. Its a typical pub BUT it is dirty on the inside. Floors are grimy menus are grimy. Bathroom stinks of whatever is down in the basement.This should be my neighbourhood pub, but I just can’t go into it and enjoy a meal.
