A hidden gem in Whitby, Ontario! We came here for work and found this cozy little place, only to be blown away! The food is magnificent and the entire place feels like a little French bistro. The staff and the owners are so friendly and the food is all sourced locally! Definitely a must when around the area!

Had an amazing experience at The Springwood — great atmosphere, vibrant vibe, and excellent customer service!

We tried their sparkling red wine, which paired perfectly with the tuna tartare and salted squid (calamari) — both were outstanding.

Came here to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Highly recommend The Springwood for date nights or any special occasion!

First time here and celebrating my wife’s birthday we did the 95pp tasting menu. Let me tell you it was TASTY…, my tongue is still tingling and awakened since last nights overstimulation. Every dish was perfection, so much detail and craftsmanship, farm to table ingredients, and friendly service on top of it all. I would recommend anyone here who is looking for a culinary experience or a nice meal with nice ambiance.
