Ordered: whipped ricotta, bread with butter and oil/vinegar, salmon with parsnip puree and smoked mussels, roasted squash, french fries.
Each dish was fully composed and well thought out - had all the elements that make a stand-out dish. Cooked perfectly too. Delicious. The squash did not pair well with the other dishes, but that's our opinion.
