The Tap & Tankard offers a very nice atmosphere with excellent customer service and awesome service. The food, including the Fish Tacos and Fish and Chips, was great. The Mule drink was very tasty. Some minor issues with cold Nachos were quickly resolved. The Guinness was also excellent. The Pub Burger and Brie Burger are amazing food. Onion rings and fries are the best. Wings are a must have. This is a favourite place in Durham. There are gluten free options on the menu, and all sandwiches can be made gluten free. It’s a great place to go out with friends for a fun night with good drinks, fun atmosphere, and great music.
