I ordered zen special fried rice and was totally disappointed with the taste of the food ?

The cold rolls were odd made with scrambled egg instead of shrimp, and weren’t rolled properly so they fell apart when you tried to eat them. The chef’s special pad Thai was all noodles and hardly any shrimp or chicken. The mango salad was nice but overly sweet.Good service but poor quality food.I won’t be back.

The food is great, it’s awesome to have different flavorful options even if you’re vegetarian! I love the Thai green curry with coconut rice, and their guava juice is nice too!

Very very disappointed with the quality and taste of the foods that I ordered.It was expectation Vs. reality????. You guys really need to work out a lot on your dumplings. Too less stuffings and bland in taste.

UPDATE!Yesterday 06/22/23 picked up food which wasn’t cooked! Very disappointed. To this update the owner responded saying “Response from the owner 7 hours agoHi Shankar,Sorry to hear that. This doesn't look like food from our restaurant” why would I take a picture from an other place. Also same night I called and spoke to a lady at the store. She offered credit and I told her I didn’t call for that. I’ve been a customer over 6 years from the old place.I’ve been coming here for long time and always they were able to substitute meat for veggies but today refused to do so and was bit disappointed. That’s why I’m giving 3 ⭐️ but food quality always been good! Hope will be the same today.
Ordered a fairly large order on skip. Will be the last time I ever order again.You can tell food was cooked in a rush and was very tasteless.Hot and sour soup tasted more like water.Pad Thai was more like plain noodles.Rice had unseasoned chicken just mixed with the Manchurian rice.0/10!

I literally just had their Thai basil chicken and let me tell you. This is not Thai food. It was literally tasteless. The only thing that was decent was the spring roll, but even President's Choice can't screw that up. Very disappointed.

Disappointing food and service!! I ordered Shrimp in Lobster sauce. Sadly they made the lobster sauce with chicken ? . I was shocked when I confirmed chicken was in my sauce. The server, who was VERY argumentative, told me that's how its made. I was in disbelief! I had to ask her repeatedly to take the meal away, because I don't eat chicken, for health reasons. I will NEVER eat there again. Also the last time I ordered from them the food was soooo salty we had to take it back. Although I like to support local business, they've lost my business forever!!!☹?

Everything that comes with a gravy/sauce is very good and flavourful. Their Manchurian chicken pan fried noodles was delicious and spicy. However their Ho fan and fried rice I found lacking in flavour and seasoning.

Nice restaurant, the service was great. We had Zen special with tiger prawns it was excellent. The Thai Green Curry had tooo much broccoli for my liking and the gravy was very liquid.
