Very disappointing service. I waited 15 minutes just for one coffee while five employees were working in the drive-through and no one was attending the front counter. I didn’t even get a chance to order properly. This level of customer service is unacceptable and frustrating.

Very disappointed with the food quality. The food was not fresh at all and was not prepared properly. It tasted stale and looked rushed, as if no care was taken during preparation. For a place as well-known as Tim Hortons, this is unacceptable. I expected much better quality and attention to basic food standards.
