I went this place today at 10am with my family. Found a paper piece(probably a part of splenda cover) in my latte. I brought this to the notice of their staff for their future precautions. However to my surprise the staff member Bora did not accept my complaint and accused me for bringing them with a false complain mentioning it was a leaf from a tree and I was telling a lie. This is so disappointed and unacceptable customer service from the staff at this place. Guy’s please be careful in this place.

Update: Saturday morning drive thru staff are super friendly, welcoming and you can understand them! Fast service and they actually got our order correct! What a refreshing change from most GTA Tim's. This is what a Tim's drive thru should be.

During the time of 6:15-6:20 am on September 17th 2024, I visited this location. The customer ahead of me pulled out the drive thru ( I guess he forgot their wallet), when I get to the window I thought this was going to be an issue. They see my debit card, don’t tell me the price and I pay. I ordered a medium double double coffee not a large triple triple. To where the woman making the coffee yells to the cashier “ ITS THE SAME THING”. No they aren’t the same, I didn’t order that or that size. Woman at the window was very sweet, I told her thank you and told the other girl “ no it’s not the same “. I come here every morning and I’m going to start going across the street.
