I had an issue with an order recently and Angie was quick to rectify this. She addressed my concerns with professionalism and care and I was very impressed by her customer service and friendliness. Very few places take care to make a customer feel valued and heard, but she did both things and made it look effortless. I can't thank her enough for being so easy to deal with and so understanding. An exceptional manager and store.

Update: Saturday morning drive thru staff are super friendly, welcoming and you can understand them! Fast service and they actually got our order correct! What a refreshing change from most GTA Tim's. This is what a Tim's drive thru should be.

this location was absolutely perfect! until I went there today. they put east Indians working there with absolutely no English skills! 4 times in the drive thru explaing what I wanted and still handed me wrong items! canadian businesses need canadian English speaking employees! why is our own language becoming #2 in our own country????
