line was short but an order of one bagel took 15 minutes from ordering to our car being at the window. sat at the window for another 6 minutes again for the single bagel. there was no “sorry for the wait” no nothing. not impressed.

The absolute biggest joke of a timmies location. They mess up your order and after you have driven off and notice and try to contact their customer service through Twitter, they pass the blame to the location since they are franchised. I'm currently on a 7th escalation for this location to contact me. The first was almost a month ago. Of course, no repercussions for them and at this point, I will not get my money back. I don't expect to be contacted either. Stick to mcdonalds. At least if they mess up and you contact them, they issue points in 1-2 business days. This management sucks and should not be allowed to run a timmies location.

Went through drive through order 2 items.First was wrong went inside and corrected then came home and my second item was wrong toAsk for plain cream cheese bagel and gave me spicy cream cheese that my daughter doesn't it !!!There goes 20 dollars waste .Never again
