Worst tim hortons I have ever been to in my entire life. Sat in drive thru line up for 10 minutes for ONE cup of coffee. When I went to the window, the staff told me that they weren’t allowed to ask customers to park and wait for their food if it wasn’t ready. ANY other food establishment will keep the line moving and have customers wait in the parking lot if necessary. Never coming back here again. Terrible staff and management.

What is happening with the extra large cups - they have split up the seams the last 3 times I have had tea. If this isn’t resolved I will eventually get burned! Are you guys buying cheaper cups by the lowest bidder?

Horrible service by Indian girlsJust went through the drive thru today Sunday April 28 2024 at around 430 pm and indian girls didn't greet us in any way, didn't smile at all, didn't even say thank you and have a good day, didn't even give us any napkins. Finally The young white lady showed up and gave us napkins and she even thanked us and said have a good day guys, the Indian student girls were really miserable and bizarre at this tim Hortons

Went in at 12pm to get two iced capps and donuts. First issue was that all the workers were only concerned about the drive thru, some employees made eye contact with me then went back to the drive Thur and didn’t inform anyone that I was waiting. Anyways, Donuts were fine…obviously nothing special. Second issue was that I ordered both the drinks with milk because we can’t drink cream… if you know, you know. Was given the drinks, I asked twice if they were made with milk because they looked a lot lighter in colour than usual. Long story short, I get an iced Capp everyday so I know what it’s supposed to look and taste like. Was assured that they were made correct by an employee looking at their order screen and not checking with the employee that made the drinks. I thanked them and left. I took a few sips of my drink, I’ll save the details but my body quickly notified me that it was in fact cream in the drinks. Another Tim’s near by was nice enough to remake one for me. I understand this wasn’t an extreme allergic reaction but it has seriously affected my day.To the employees: Please just be more mindful of how you’re making someone’s order. If you’re not sure, remake it. I used to work at a Tim Hortons too, so I understand.

I ordered two chicken cravables. They were absolute garbage, the bun tasted expired, and the lettuce had turned black. I was eating in the store and I complained to them about it, they were like we're sorry, sir. I didn't ask for a refund or exchange, but they didn't have courtesy to offer anything themselves.
No sense of urgency or customer service.
