Like every Tim Hortons these days, expect whatever you order to be incorrect. THREE morning in a row I have came here and received incorrect items. I don’t know what it is, whether it’s the clear language barrier or something else, but these establishments really need to get it together. It’s a miracle these places still operate.

I had a lovely experience at this location. Quick service, quick response time and the cashier who served me Mala, was excellent. Took my order with a smile and great attitude. Efficiently got my order ready and was out the door in five minutes! 10/10 service

I could not understand the person working the drive-through. Their English language proficiency was poor, and they had a heavy accent. Unsurprisingly, they got my order wrong. Clear communication is essential at a drive-through speaker.

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons due to a language barrier with the employee taking my order. She had difficulty understanding my request and seemed frustrated instead of trying to clarify or get help. As a result, I received the wrong order, and resolving the issue became even more difficult. Her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Tim Hortons should ensure staff are trained in basic communication and customer service to provide a better experience for all customers.
