I ordered two chicken cravables. They were absolute garbage, the bun tasted expired, and the lettuce had turned black. I was eating in the store and I complained to them about it, they were like we're sorry, sir. I didn't ask for a refund or exchange, but they didn't have courtesy to offer anything themselves.

The staff at this Tim's is absolutely the best I've ever seen - always cheerful and upbeat, the young guy who usually works the early morning shift at the window during the week should be commended for his excellent attitude and positive approach! Highly recommended!

The evening staff at this location is the best. I have never has my order wrong with the them unlike the morning staff. Very polite, fast always apologizes if it takes a little longer than usual, but when short staffed some days what can you do but 1 car at a time.

Coffee was good as usual. It was hard to hear the order taker (drive thru) and she gave no instructions. She spoke for about 3 seconds to confirm the order but said nothing about proceeding. It was a disappointing experience and a very SLOW one.
