Stopped in for a quick bite, ordered a bottle of beach juice (got a warm one) which was nice on such a hot day.. also ordered a 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese, there was little to no cream cheese on it.. Ishid “the supervisor” advised me that there was nothing she could do. Great customer service skills.

Honestly I love this tim hortons I take my client with autism twice a week to this location and we're working on life skills and speech. The staff have been amazing when i get my client to order and pay. They are so willing to help us and go with the flow.

Today i ordered Potato veggie, See in the picture all the potato veggies are extremely cooked ( Red Color)and extremely salty. If you don't have good food then don't serve any customers.

Pathetic customer service especially the guy with glasses named Stan or Sam . Just crazy guy . Have no manners how to talk to customers, not good employee for the owner. He is suggesting me to go to another Tim Hortons which is not too far. Really ?. No one needs your advice ?
