My parents and I go to this Tim Hortons almost every day. Service is always great, staff and managers are really friendly and always helpful. Clean, welcoming environment and a real neighbourhood gathering place. I've been going here since it opened and always return, sometimes even going out of my way to go to this location.

I went here today for the first time in a while. I stopped because both the food and the service were dreadful, and it looks like that hasnāt changed. I went to the drive through, ordered a toasted bagel with butter, and then sat behind the car in front for over 5 minutes! When I pulled up, they handed me a cold bagel and mumbled some ridiculous excuse. They are pathetic.

Ordered their special scrambled egg box. A few minutes later the manager said they donāt have any eggs. He told me since I ordered on the app he could not give me a refund but to ask for a refund through the app. Tried asking for a refund through the app and they said the refund has to be done at the storeā¦. runaround! Donāt know what to do right now. The entire order was over $17. and I canāt get a refund for an order I didnāt receive!

Always a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff here are friendly, quick, and always working hard to keep the line moving. Dev, in particular, is super polite at the drive-thruāboth at the speaker and the window. He always greets with a smile, speaks clearly, and makes sure the order is right.The service is fast and the place is clean every time I visit. Even when itās busy, the team stays calm and keeps things organized.
Stopped in for a quick bite, ordered a bottle of beach juice (got a warm one) which was nice on such a hot day.. also ordered a 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese, there was little to no cream cheese on it.. Ishid āthe supervisorā advised me that there was nothing she could do. Great customer service skills.
