This is hands down one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. The store is clean, organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The service is always fast, and the staff are super friendly, even during busy hours.. Big shoutout to Dev — he’s always so kind and makes the experience even better. Even though the store was busy, he greeted everyone with a smile and kept things running smoothly. My coffee was made perfectly, and he even double-checked to make sure everything was right before handing it over. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about great customer service these days, but Dev really stands out.

This is one of the few stores that always gets your order right. They treat you with respect and care about presentation. I travel out of my way each morning to come to this location as it feels like family. Their dine in restaurant is always clean as is their bathrooms. Keep up the great work.

I went here today for the first time in a while. I stopped because both the food and the service were dreadful, and it looks like that hasn’t changed. I went to the drive through, ordered a toasted bagel with butter, and then sat behind the car in front for over 5 minutes! When I pulled up, they handed me a cold bagel and mumbled some ridiculous excuse. They are pathetic.
