I bought Oreo Chocolate cookie along a cup of Coffee, but it was not fresh. Whole of cookie was hardened and i wasn’t able to eat it properly.

The worst Tim Horton that I have ever been to. A cream cheese on plain bagel took 20 minutes in the staff was the rudest staff that I have ever met.

the customer service and management at this Tim Hortons location is the worst. On multiple occasions, my order has been incorrect, forcing me to go back for corrections. One day was particularly concerning when a staff member served me a donut with their bare hands immediately after handling cash, without gloves or tissue paper—a clear violation of basic hygiene practices.
I’ve also been overcharged twice for a chicken wrap that I usually pay $8.46 for. On two separate visits, I was charged $9.59 for the same wrap, only for the price to revert back to $8.46 on a later visit. This inconsistency raises concerns about their pricing practices.
When I addressed the issue with the cashier, he dismissed it, stating that prices had increased. While I understand price changes due to inflation, it’s unreasonable for prices to fluctuate back and forth without explanation.
The location is convenient but the atmosphere is the worst, the staff need to be replaced. I would never recommend this location unless these issues are resolved.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Three people who ordered after me received their food before I did. When I finally got mine, it was cold and tasted like it was from 2-3 days ago. The food seemed expired, and my drink had no sugar, even though I specifically asked for it. When I complained, they were rude. Never go there. I understand it’s a franchise and employees earn hourly wages, but they should still care about their customers. BTW I let them have my order..! I didn’t take it, neither they provided a refund.
PS - they don’t even give the customers their receipts. The employees keep them for that $1 drinks survey.

Found out this location repeatedly refused service to an individual whom is deaf, and because they did not use the drive thru speaker to order; instead went to the window in the drive thru, and did not go inside due to crowd anxiety. This location was made aware of the person's disability but has allegedly refused service to them multiple times. I saw one instance on Tiktok of manager & employee refusing them service for not using their speakers. This is deeply disappointing that Tim Hortons refuses to accommodate folks with disabilities! Do better!!
