Sadly had to change my 5 star rating today to 1 star! It's not the first time that croissants are not fresh in this location! First time I bought it, its was absolutely horrible I was dinning in so I asked them to change it which they did and it was fresh. But this morning we went through the drive through we ordered 2 croissants and they were hard as a rock, we asked them to replace it...the answer was it's all we have ! its backed this morning! It was very disappointing! I wish they took step further to offer anything instead or at least reimbursement....We just drove off....

My husband came by yesterday to order the $8.99 meal and showed proof it’s on their website. Workers there denied it was a thing and then said it wasn’t a problem. After placing 2 orders they came back and said the total was $32.00. My husband reiterated that it’s $8.99 and both workers were dismissive and rude about it and started to ignore him. No one is begging for a $9.00 meal; it was about principle. These ladies not only need training on offers going on but also need to learn not to be rude, ESPECIALLY when they are wrong. If I was in their shoes and saw proof, at the very least I would have raised it to management. Unacceptable service.

I had an amazing experience here. I was never going to have expectations from any Tim Hortons of good customer service, but Ridhi who works at this location was absolutely amazing to deal with. Extremely polite and I had to tell her it’s amazing to see that. She proceeded to say , “ you’ve been waiting in line for so long , you should get taken care of well”. It’s just coffee in the end I get it, but it does matter. Great job!
