I had an amazing experience here. I was never going to have expectations from any Tim Hortons of good customer service, but Ridhi who works at this location was absolutely amazing to deal with. Extremely polite and I had to tell her it’s amazing to see that. She proceeded to say , “ you’ve been waiting in line for so long , you should get taken care of well”. It’s just coffee in the end I get it, but it does matter. Great job!
Came in during a busy time and still got amazing service. The line moved quickly, my order was perfect, and the staff were friendly and upbeat. It's clear they work hard and care about the customers
Always a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The service is fast, and the staff are friendly and polite. I come here regularly and they always get my order right. Feels like they actually care , which is rare these days!
