After a very very long time my husband and I had very great service at Tim's (In general, not particularly at this location). Savanah was very polite, courteous, friendly and really knows what customer service is all about!!

Wonderful drive through. Goes quick! The person taking your order was super pleasant and the person at the widow was patient and couteous. Did not go in for atmosphere but will change when I do.

Worst time ever! Every single time I go through the drive it’s so slow. Like 25 min to get a cup of coffee. I work across the street so come here regularly and it’s not anomaly that they are too slow!!!

Just bought Small Coffee with two creams via Drive Thru. Though there was no rush at this time but coffee is surely not drinkable as it is cold as an ice cap.

I stopped supporting Tim’s all together so I guess this is my fault for wanting a muffin at 9:30am on a Tuesday but the wait is embarrassing. As someone who’s worked fast food and retail the works are incompetent and management so definitely worse. There’s one nice lady who works there who knows what she’s doing but I don’t think I saw her today. Line nearly out the door but cashiers taking one order then going and making the food/other orders? It should always be one cash is STRICTLY taking orders to keep the line moving and other workers making the food.
They should do what the Lakeridge Oshawa tims does with one express line (drinks only) and an all purpose line.

I've been coming to this location for years and often I drive out of my way to go here because of the friendly and helpful service I receive from the drive-thru employee Jane. The weekend staff are horrendous in comparison... They don't say a word to you even when you greet them in a friendly way. Jane always has a smile on her face and will often go the extra mile and wish you a great day. Even when it's busy Jane is always there with a smile for customers as they drive through. To me she is the face of this location and the reason I return almost daily. I believe the drive-thru is so busy because of the weekday morning staffs friendly and welcoming service.
