The guy purposedly did not give me my .65 change, he even looked at me as he walked away from the counter. I asked him about it and he acted like he forgot. To get back at me, he purposedly put my order on the other side of the counter knowing that I was on the other side. These people. IYKYK

Excellent turkey bacon sandwiches and mixed tidbits. The hot chocolate was simply terrible , no taste at all just brown water!! Not impressed at all!!!

Manager Sharmi displayed very poor customer service, and would not honour a deal that was clearly presented to customers. She was also rude about our order without fixing it or valuing customers time. Tim Hortons as a brand is declining and I will be switching to McDs from now on. I encourage Tim's management overall to improve and in the meantime stay away from this branch.

Women’s washroom has this weird lighting which hurts the eyes and makes everything look ultraviolet. I inquired and was told it was to deter drug addicts. Ironically, the family washroom with the baby change station did not have that buggy lighting yet had a sharps container! I am tired of being disrespected as a customer and being punished with harsh lighting when using the washroom. It literally hurts your eyes!! And How about locking ALL the washrooms and having to ask for a KEY???? Scrutinize the users that way instead. Will not come back to this place.

I bought their new Thanksgiving stack burger thru the drive thru on Wednesday September 17th evening. The wait was about 10 mins at the windows after paying. Finally got my burger. When I held the burger it felt bumpy in the middle. I assumed it was turkey. When I finally got to the middle of the bun I bit into what I think is garbage. Ball of garbage. Please see the pictures and tell me what this nasty thing is. I chipped my tooth biting this hard ball thing. I didn't have time to go back to get my refund. Give me my refund back please!

Best Tim Hortons to go to in Durham by far! The team is so friendly, they know my order when I walk in…they even know my voice at the speaker! Inside is always so clean, the lady that does the cleaning is such a sweetheart. This will always be my go to Tims, simply amazing.
