Food and service fine; but premises are not clean. Dirty tables, very dirty, messy floor. Not particularly busy when we visited - do the staff not get trained to clean at all? Disappointing to see the franchise go downhill this way. Bathroom was clean though.

Waited super long to order, and when it got to me they gave me someone else's coffee because they made it wrong for this other guy. I was in a rush so I just took it.
The WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Staff hardly speaks English, have no product knowledge, are rude, don’t tell you they don’t have an item until after you have paid and are super slow. I will never be going back to this location, what a waste of time.

This location is always shortstaffed, the staff are unfriendly and not welcoming or accommodating, and never seen to be in any rush to get the food and drinks out. And the washrooms always look worse than an outhouse. I believe this is the location of Tim Hortons in the metroPlaza in the whippy Shores area. If so, this is the correct review for this particular location. I go to Tim Hortons at least once if not more a day and no other locations do I ever see such poor maintenance and service.

A very dirty site.. The coffee machin is stuck because of the accumulation of filth, I saw them cleaning it with a piece of wood. Order a cappuccino and give me coffee mixed with milk, nothing they have clean

Hey… today i called your store for a complaint for the wedges quantity .. its like its my 2nd time here last time they gave me my steep tea mixed with coffee because they were not having enough steep tea ready so they mixed half with coffee… and today they gave me half the quantity of wedges and filled the whole baggage with my condiment (sauce) cup . So fist time also i was got very irritated but I ignored but today i called and this review is to make sure you remember your words and next time when i ll come i ll take my wedges … because its very hard to earn money and you guys can’t play with that every time by replacing stuff and giving less quantities because you don’t have enough ready to serve..
Thank you and i ll surely visit your store when i ll in your location next time…
