Hey… today i called your store for a complaint for the wedges quantity .. its like its my 2nd time here last time they gave me my steep tea mixed with coffee because they were not having enough steep tea ready so they mixed half with coffee… and today they gave me half the quantity of wedges and filled the whole baggage with my condiment (sauce) cup . I came in with my driver trainer Brent. He come here quite often and knows most of the staff. It was amazing to see the lady at the counter knew his entire order and had it in the system ready to pay! That attention to detail is amazing. To see her also know others made it feel less like a chain and more like a small mom and pop shop. I’m sorry I don’t know her name as it was my first time but her and her morning staff definitely are special people and deserve recognition...
