While 3 employees are stacking the supplies only one cashier is working. Extremely slow service with zero care for time. When you're between classes good luck getting a coffee because the lovely tim hortons staff takes their sweet time taking orders. One customer takes 10min with one cashier working. Needs to be addressed immediately.

An employee named as Brenda T is very rude. she's working in Oshawa campus. and she loses her temper very easily without any reason. I asked her is my code worked and she said I am gonna put sign board so, until I am finished don't ask me anything and its not you its everyone.

Very rude, rolled their eyes when I asked for an iced cap because they don’t have it on their menu. I am a first year student and this is my first time at Tim Horton’s on campus, how was I supposed to know they have a limited selection when it says on their menu at the store that they have it? Then they repeatedly rolled their eyes throughout the exchange and made me very uncomfortable. Also the coffee tasted like water.

Poor service! Ordered crispy buffalo wrap and gave me sausage farmers wrap with bacon in it. Was very disappointed when i reached to my work and noticed i got the wrong wrap. This was just not for the first time.. it has happened like this 3 times. ??♂️

Just ordered 2 omelette bites asked for Jalapeno and got bacon, the birds on Champlain now have something to eat anyways. Not the first time they have put meat in my order but it will be the last!!!!

Limited items. What stood out is the closing lady on Tuesday evenings closes the restaurant almost 30 mins early and pulls all the food, because she “didn’t get her last break”.
Super fast drive through service. Back to back times my order was ready before I could even get my credit card. Fastest service I’ve ever experience from a Tim Hortons
