“I experienced guest service so exceptional it will stay with me. I had asked for a Take12 cappuccino, which wasn’t available, and suddenly found myself unsure of what to order. The young woman assisting me kindly suggested I try a French vanilla cappuccino instead, even offering me a sample when I mentioned I’d never tasted one before. Despite the busy atmosphere, she remained patient, cheerful, and genuinely happy to help. Even though I took up much of her time, she never showed frustration—only a warm smile throughout.

I had such a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons! The atmosphere was welcoming, the coffee was fresh and flavorful, and everything was served quickly despite how busy it was. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt valued.
A special mention goes to the manager, who clearly leads by example. Their professionalism, kindness, and hands-on approach created a positive environment not just for customers, but for the team as well. It’s rare to see a manager so engaged and approachable, and it made my visit even more enjoyable.
I’ll definitely be coming back—this location sets the bar high for what great service should look like!

Stupidity on the next level !!!!

It was mobile order ought to be ready for pickup asap. I choose to pickup through driveway while ordering.

In driveway, lady force me to walk in-side for pickup, cause I haven’t mentioned mobile order at kiosk. Why to repeat again n again when its already on your list.

When I walked in, food wasn’t ready at all. The excuse she gave to me, I haven’t heard such a lame excuse ever before — “customers mobile order food in morning and come to pickup in evening”

What was it? Its their problem, not mine. I was right there at right moment. You wasted a lot of time, made me late for work.

I normally don’t write reviews, but today’s experience at this Tim Hortons was really disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on laughing and joking around with each other than actually paying attention to the customers. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, almost like they were laughing at people instead of doing their job.

Because they weren’t paying attention, my order was made completely wrong. It didn’t seem to matter to them whether the order was correct or not, and there was no effort to fix it or apologize. When you’re running a busy place, customer service should still be a priority.

I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to feel respected and to receive the order they paid for. This kind of service is not acceptable.

I just wanted to update this review & change 1 star to 5.
As particular and a pain as I am, this location genuinely cared about my complaint. I have to give credit where it’s due. They listened and made suggestions that worked for me. My morning nectar of the gods has been delicious and consistent since. Thank you. I appreciate it.

Is there a way to have my delivery “not” directed to 1818 Dundas St. in Whitby? I’m exhausted of complaining about my order and they can’t seem to get it right. I was just refunded $51.03 the other day for careless execution and incorrect items. This is my first delivery since then. Lo and behold… coffee was messed up again. I have a pretty simple coffee order. A medium double double with a shot of expresso. Or an extra large coffee, double double with espresso x2. Today was the medium… sans espresso, despite expressly communicating that I wanted the expresso as paid for. I can’t for the life of me understand the disconnect here? Honestly.
I like strong coffee. I don’t like your dark roast. And your regular coffee isn’t strong enough for me. But I do like the overall flavour the double double brings to the table, so this is where I decided to try adding the expresso. To me nowadays this is my drink, my jam, that I can only get from Tim Hortons… sometimes… as the key ingredient is the “expresso”. So having said that, despite how you may mark the cup, I can tell instantly when there is no expresso in it. Let’s just say for arguments sake there was expresso in it, I would have to then surmise that you must be then using your coffee grounds for more than one brewing as there is no way that my distinct coffee order doesn’t taste right.
I don’t want compensation or restitution of any kind. I would just like for you to take a look at whom you’re hiring. Maybe test their reading and comprehension skills. How you’re training them. How you’re developing them. Whom is overseeing them. Perhaps revisit your standards and maybe a little more oversight on your individual franchises. If you can’t master the simple task of consistently making a coffee correctly, what business are you in? Is not the original basis of your institution coffee?

I stop by this Tim Hortons almost every morning and the service is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and quick, and my coffee is always fresh. The location is clean and well-organized, and the team really seems to care about customer satisfaction. Special shoutout to the manager, who always greets customers with a smile and keeps things running smoothly. Highly recommend for a reliable and pleasant coffee stop
