Disappointing experience at the drive-thru today, around 3:30pm. The attendants were busy chatting with collegues and completely ignored to greet the customers. Didn’t even get a simple ‘Hello’ or ‘Welcome’. Hope you'll remind your staff to prioritize customer service! Apart from that, the bagel was as good as you can expect from Tim’s.

I recently visited another location, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. Unlike the location at 520 King St. W, this establishment is larger and newer. However, it lacks some of the thoughtful offerings available at other franchise locations, such as honey for those who prefer to avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners. The space itself is quite spacious and elegant, but I regret not checking the nearby Tim Hortons, inside, Circle K just thirty seconds to the east, which may have provided a better experience.1
Dietary restrictions: No substitute for sugar or artifical sugar, contrary to other franchised locations.
