Very unreliable as far as quality of service and food. Often given the wrong item, have had food taken back out of my hand through the window. Today, ordered a simple bun with butter. It had random chunks of cheese, other food debris, honestly who knows what else. Clearly made with dirty cutlery.

I think they’ve leaned too far into efficiency in the drive thru. They rush you through so fast you can’t even finish ordering everything you want. This has been happening consistently this year. More often than not, they forget something when you get to the window and you have to order again and pay twice. We left the window 5 minutes ago and got on the hwy only to find out they didn’t add the sugar to my tea even though it’s written on the cup. There wasn’t even anyone behind us in line. It’s a shame because it’s a convenient location from our house.

I stopped by this Tim Hortons recently and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and kept things moving even though it was pretty busy. My order came out just the way I asked for it. I also noticed the management helping out on the floor, checking in with customers and supporting the team, which was nice to see. It made the whole visit feel organized and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again.

I went in later on Tuesday afternoon to order coffee muffins, and donuts for a meeting Wednesday morning. Place my order paid for it. Made a ticket with my name and time for pick up. I show up Wednesday morning nothing‘s ready and nobody knows. It took 15 minutes for him to get my order ready and I missed the meeting.
It happened again, same deal order stuff for a meeting the afternoon before and pay for it. I show up and nothing is ready.

Really impressed with this Tim Hortons. The team works efficiently and always greets you with a smile. My coffee tastes the same every visit, and the breakfast wraps are always warm and fresh. Clean dining area and fast drive-thru service. Definitely coming back!

I ordered from uber eats for two pinched croissants Belt style but the protein being egg& cheese meaning NO MEAT. Order arrived with both containing bacon. I usually don’t leave for fast food chains but adding meat to an order that states “egg and cheese” as a protein option is unacceptable especially since allergies and dietary restrictions exist .

I stopped by this Tim Hortons and had such a great experience. The service was fast, friendly, and honestly above what I expected. The staff greeted me with a smile and took the time to make sure my order was just right. Even though it was a bit busy, everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. My coffee was fresh, my food was warm, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. It’s clear that the team here really cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!
