I don’t know how it happens, but regardless of what time of day it is. This Tim Hortons always tells me they are out of the thing I’m trying to order, be it muffins, donuts, hot chocolate, bagels, chili, etc…

They are great i come here everyday yes sometimes they mess up and don't stir my coffee but they are very friendly and sometimes people forget.. we are all human so i just always have a spoon in my car for that one day they forget..

What is going on with this location? First of all, the people are fantastic, but the location never has food! Over the past 8 months whether it's 7pm, 6pm or even 4:30pm there are no croissants of any variety. I have a 4yo kid that thinks I'm refusing him croissants.
I've had the same issue with sandwiches and chicken/chilli soups. I'm not showing up at 9pm for these either, prime dinner time. This isn't a backwater location, it should be better stocked.

This Tim Hortons, located right next to Anderson, forces students to wait outside in the freezing cold during winter. What’s even more disturbing is that after placing their orders, students are not allowed to wait outside for their friends. They are forced to leave the premises immediately, or risk being publicly berated and verbally abused by the staff. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disgraceful.

We are happy to say the store has greatly improved overall and we are happy to make this our preferred store. Charlie is happy positive and most welcoming when she serves us she is an always professional smiling making the experience great.

They forgot a sandwich on my delivery order... again. No refund or replacement. The staff need to be more careful and double check that all items ordered are in the bag BEFORE the dasher picks it up.
