Anita, the manager was wonderful!!!
I told her about my initial negative experience at a different Tim’s.
She was very empathetic and encouraged me not to let that taint my overall view.
She was helpful and professional while being personable.
Great experience!

disappointing, with extremely slow service and disorganized staff. The food was stale and lacked flavour.

I don’t understand the point of pre ordrring because they only start to make it once you were there. Then you were trapped, waiting in a line to ask for it. Also, this location has high turnover and is frequently late.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at the drive-thru this morning. I ordered a medium protein latte, but was given what appeared to be a small latte poured into a medium cup. The cup was barely half full, which is unacceptable for a paid medium-sized beverage.

As a parent with a young child in the car during the morning rush, it was not feasible for me to park, take the baby out, and go inside to have the issue corrected. This made the experience even more frustrating, as I rely on drive-thru service for convenience and consistency.

I expect better attention to detail and quality control from this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so customers do not encounter similar issues in the future.

Been coming to this Tim’s for years. The team is very friendly and always seem to be having a great time at work. Always have big smiles on their faces. Drive thru line always moves quickly, inside as well. I bring my family here on the weekends and the inside is always clean and the vibes are great. Great job to this whole team!

The service and food was great. But there have been rising complaints in reference to the workers’ rights in service at Tim Horton’s. I was just here and it was quite busy, and overheard that one of the workers was not getting any break after five hours consecutive shift. This is scummy, you’re telling me they worked five hours on their feet and management doesn’t give them a break, even though there is down time and more than enough hands on the floor? Not even a fifteen? Anyone that works at tim’s knows that any kind shift will grant a worker an “coffee break” if it’s slow. and anyone that works in customer service knows how tiring working in fast food can be. In addition, I heard a man politely ask for his drink to be remade. after it was remade to the best of the customers satisfaction, the customer kindly came back in asking for a refund due to lack of satisfaction with the cup still relatively full. The kind worker processed the refund and then while the customer was almost outside of the door, the supervisor told the worker that they shouldn’t have done that, that customers do that to gain money, etc etc. That is so disrespectful to say about a customer, who 1. didn’t gain any money and actually wasted his time trying a drink that he didn’t like 2. was very kind and polite about receiving a refund. I saw it as a polite interaction. Management here sucks. I’m spreading the word about the ethics and compliance here. I’ve heard many customer stories about supervisors here and I’m encouraging them to speak up.
