Stopped at this location yesterday. The service was absolutely deplorable. It wasn’t even busy. Took over 10mins to get 2 bagels. They weren’t even worth the wait. No butter & completely dry. Not worth the effort to complain the manager was already dealing with a complaint & decided we didn’t want to waste anymore of our time.

Unbelievable drive thru 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I have lived beside this location for years & it’s a disgrace to Tim Hortons. Tried the drive thru again after years & it’s gotten worse‼️ Over 30 mins with 3 cars & when I politely asked if there had been a problem?…. No nothing wrong.Hopefully head office sees this & retrains or somehow fixes it. You’ve lost mine & multiple other’s business‼️

Absolutely terrible food and drinks today, ordered w bagels with cheddar cheese, tomato and cucumber. Had to pay extra for the vegetables and both sandwiches had 1 little cube of each vegetable hardly worth thw $1.25 extra i needed to pay..
My iced coffee was supposed to be with almond milk and 1 pump of vanilla. It wasn't almond milk and there was so much vanilla syrup it was thick.
What a terrible idea to sorry here today!!

Tried to tell the attendee my order but kept talking and trying to sell me more then I wanted. She wouldn't listen as I'm trying to give my order. Finally got it, get to work and it's the wrong sandwich. My order doesn't come with egg but there was egg on it so had to toss it out. Some people are allergic to eggs. PISSED!!!

Extremely Poor Service
I’ve been visiting this location for a couple of years, and unfortunately, the service has only gone downhill. Every visit seems to bring a new level of frustration.
As a frequent drive-through customer, I’ve experienced countless issues with my orders, from items being consistently missed to unnecessary and unreasonable requests from the staff. For example, one time, an employee insisted I provide my name instead of my order number, claiming the order numbers could be duplicated. Seriously? Even a child knows order numbers are unique.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I was told to place a mobile order and then come inside to pick it up because others were waiting. Isn’t the whole point of the drive-through and mobile ordering system to provide convenience and efficiency?
This isn’t an isolated incident. Over the years, I’ve dealt with multiple similarly absurd situations. I’m done with this place and will not be returning.
