Piss-poor service. No one ever smiles, and if a customer is too demanding/rude towards a staffer, you as a customer calling out that rude customer YOU get ridiculed as if you cant say anything. Its almost these staffers at this location want to be treated bad. Least the coffee is palpable.

I was there yesterday morning and wanted to order a double espresso with some steamed milk on top. I’ve ordered this beverage many time at multiple Tim Hortons, however this location specifically gave the hardest time. Not only was the supervisor very ignorant and rude, she proceeded to tell me they can’t make my drink. This was beyond poor customer service and the laziness is an understatement. Do better.

Most of the times you won't get what you ordered when you do drive thru.. Worst experience, please try to change this situation. Mostly in the mornings when it's busy no one have the time to come back and complain about this. It's really not a good thing to get a coffee when you order a tea in the mornings.. Always..

I visited the Tim Hortons on Sunday through the drive-through with a friend. Purvish, who served us, was exceptionally kind and helpful. His excellent service made our coffee and food experience even better. Highly satisfied!

We ordered food Drive thru around 7.15pm. It was not busy . The guy was very Slow . My order was already made . Kept side. He didn’t serve me . I was waiting for more than 5 minutes to get my food. I knock the window then he serve my food .

I went to Tim Hortons to order my usual: a large vanilla with a 1/4 coffee. After placing my order, the worker at the window struggled with the system and kept telling me my gift card payment was declining. She tried at least six times before I suggested she click on "gift card" before scanning it, which she had not done. After paying, I took my order and left. However, when I tried my drink, it tasted like straight coffee, and I don't like coffee that way—hence why I always order it with French vanilla. I had to drive back, and calmly explained the issue to the staff. One of the other workers was understanding and offered to remake my drink. When I got the new one, it still tasted the same. At that point, I just accepted it to avoid further frustration, as I was already running late. I just hope that next time, you hire employees who know how to properly prepare a French vanilla with a 1/4 coffee, as it's concerning if they can't even get that right.

Every time I get an iced coffee from this location it’s half full of ice. Just ridiculous honestly putting more ice so they don’t have to put as much coffee.

Sometimes we really need to speak up abt this kind of service why to be so rude… u r making the customer feel like he’s the one who made the mistake to come here and gave an order…

Went to this Tim’s like i do every morning, waited in the drive thru for a small iced coffee NO CANE only for them to HAVE CANE sugar JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER TIME! I went back in line to ask for another coffee without sugar cane. They had the audacity to confront me and tell why I didn’t let them know at the speaker. One of the stuff gave my coffee and shut the window while i was in talks with the other stuff. Not the first time the service has been very underwhelming happens almaot every time at this Tim’s.

I am very disappointed with today's service... I have been coming to this location for quite some time now and usually order the same thing 2 Roast beef craveables. Ii went to the drive through placed my order received it and left. Went to eat they're was no roast beef just chicken. Went back and went inside returned the chicken the girl was very nice apologized and said it would be a few minutes. I wait quite sometime and received my cravable. Left opened it to eat it and there was no cheese on it. Needless, to say we ate them cuz we had wasted enough gas driving back and forth.

This is the Tim Hortons that made me swear off Tim Hortons forever. I am so tired of getting burnt coffee and it being made wrong. Honestly do your staff really think I will not know how I like my coffee? What happened to 20 mins fresh? Things have been getting worse and worse ever since Tim Hortons switched to using the urns instead of glass pots to store coffee. Also it seems like you are only using 'new to the country' labour force who like to cut corners. FOR example using the small size button for cream and sugar when I order large size. Congratulations your staff saved you 2 seconds on my order but now you lost a customer forever.
