Visited this Tim Hortons recently and was really satisfied. The staff were friendly and efficient, the place was clean, and my coffee was fresh and well made. Service was quick even though it was busy. Overall, a reliable spot and I’d happily return.

Since moving to Whitby, I’ve noticed the hot beverages taste watered down. Even something as simple as a double double tastes like water. I’ve also seen staff touching the lids where we drink from, which isn’t very hygienic. I’m really disappointed with this location, especially since it’s the closest Timmies to my home.

In my opinion, this is the best-run Tim Hortons in Whitby. The manager—Toni, I believe—runs a remarkably well-organized operation. While there are several Tim Hortons locations in the area, this one stands out, and I consistently choose and recommend it above the rest.

Absolutely love the staff at the front counter - Bonnie especially for her leadership! My chocolate chunk cookie was perfectly fine and my husband’s coffee with 3 oat milk was made correctly!
French vanilla was so watery I asked them to make twice and they did gave me again but it was not as good it was just watery

Slowest tims drive thru ive seen. Been living in this area for over 4 years and gets worse and worse. Only 6 cars currently in front of me and I've been currently in line for 24 mins now. I know this because I ordered a pizza next door while waiting and it's ready before I even picked up my food at window

Horrible Last night went to buy begal lady said they only and only have coffee to sell in the night when i drove and saw inside through the window they literally had everything from bagel to tim bit and muffins too why the hell this kind of people are working if they don’t want to sell things I had to drive to the next tim hortons to get and was served kindly

Rude Staff, They don't know anything about customer service. I waited almost 20+ min in line for to just get a coffee. No body was at front, all staff was serving Drive through only I mean that's not a professional at all why all focus on drive through ?. When I get to front staff was rude and want me to leave as fast as can. Food was ok ok.
