Service is absolutely horrible at this location. Sunday night around 8pm, ordered 2 med chai teas 2 m 1 s, 1 sm steep Tea 2 milk 2 sugar, and med ice capp. Pulled up to the window, got the order wrong. I verbally repeated again face to face at the window. Paid $11 when the lady brought the order it was tottaly wrong again!! they made All sm teas, the ice capp was correct.. I ask for my money back, this was an absolute waste of my gas and time.
Tim Hortons for a huge Canadian franchise you need to hired competent workers, that can comprehen and understand proper English. So ridiculous!! I am so angry and furious your incompetent employee's , brought on unnecessary stress and Aniexty!! U deserve 0 star

Went in just for coffee but the employee want even attend you after seeing me. Very disappointed with this tim hortons place, this wasn't my first time here anyways.
Ordered a double chocolate donut this morning. Not only did they give me the wrong donut they used a paper napkin instead of wax paper to put it in the bag that glued to the chocolate topping on the chocolate crueller that they gave me so I couldn’t even take the napkin off the donut. The person who got it also crushed it into oblivion like he had a personal vendetta against it. I had to toss it out because I couldn’t get the napkin off of it without tearing it into a million pieces and since I didn’t want to eat the napkin someone used with their bare hands it had to get tossed. Never going back to this location again.
