For the love of god why does it take 15-20 minutes through the drive thru just to get a coffee???? Almost every time I come to this location I am held hostage here in the drive through. You can’t get out even after I spend half my lunch break stuck trying to get a coffee. The service here is terrible every single day. There is one girl on the pick up window who is nice and cheery every single time but THATS IT. I have no idea what they’re doing back there?? There’s always an obscene amount of employees here so why are we waiting 20 mins for a coffee in the drive through????
I asked for a bagel with extra butter and paid for it with extra butter just to drive back to work with the now limited time I have just to see I was charged for something you didn’t even do and the bagel is practically dry. Not even a light amount on over half of the bagel.
I’m done wasting my money here when all you guys do is upcharge and give out the worst service. Not to mention decaf coffee is COLD here on the regular. The food is gross and the building is dirty.
