If I could give a negative rating, I would. I don’t typically leave reviews, but enough is enough.

Over the past five years, this location has gone completely downhill. Almost every other day, there’s an issue with the order—it’s either incorrect or made poorly. It’s clear that the staff hired here are just going through the motions to collect a paycheck, with no interest in delivering quality service or pride in their work.

Tim Hortons is supposed to provide customer service and satisfaction, and I can confidently say that neither is happening at this location. Corporate needs to take immediate action and work closely with the management team because this level of poor service starts at the top. It’s clear that the priority here is on volume of orders, not quality or customer experience.

I will not be returning to this location and strongly encourage others to stay away. It’s not worth the frustration.

2.30 PM on a weekday. Got cold coffee barely warm in drive-thru. Please fix that.
Great people and great service. But we can't be given cold coffee.

I am seeing this a lot in this location.
Please don't be grabbing peoples phones in drive-thru to scan their points cards. You have no idea what people do with their phones or where they are placing them. Then handling next customers food or coffee cups just turns off for people waiting in line behind. For all you know they could be putting their phones in the dirtiest places. If you cannot scan the card after trying twice it's not the end of the world. But spreading their germs and whatever else to next customer is a problem.

To walk in to a tim Hortons an see 5 people working... Then an employee walks over to the counter an quickly tells me if I wanna place an order do it at the kiosk .. shouldn't the people who WORK there take your order?
