Ordered an Americano, an ice coffee and and breakfast sandwich. All three items were incorrect. The Americano was so bad I dumped it on the ground. The lady at drive-thru talks way to much and screws up most orders. Worst tim Hortons location in durham

Very good, the service is pleasant, very fast and efficient. They are everywhere. The price is very reasonable for the quantity. For a quick breakfast in the morning when you are in a hurry or just on the road this place is perfect for that. Stood waiting to order 5 minutes with nobody else in line staff walking past us without acknowledging us. Went to the kiosk and the order was wrong. I got a refund and will not be returning to this location.

Ordered 2 coffee. Got ine wrong. Ordered biston cream and apple fritter. Did not have either so you lost the sale in those. Just took 2 coffee. Seems that the drive through constantly get coffee wrong. Right in screen, but after pickup you realize its got sugar.
My toasted breakfast sandwich was NOT toasted. The "filling" was thrown on and falling apart! The coffee was coloured water. Thank goodness there's a Wendy's in the same location!!! Tims is overpriced and overrated

I order half French vanilla and half double double she give only double double even that’s double double taste like dark coffee if you don’t know how to make please don’t make it. It’s really make our money waste. Not only this location most of the location the new student come study here working here they do garbage work and waste our money.

Very fast and order was fine. Staff was incredibly rude. Wouldn’t let me insert my debit card at the drive-in (I don’t tap), so I tried to pay with cash and they wouldn’t let me break a $50. Just go to the next exit, I’m a customer not your enemy.

This place is horrible looking, only saving grace was that it was clean. Ordered and got food and drink fairly quickly. I never asked for a steeped tea, but for a tea (which I thought I would need to ask for a steeped specifically) and received a steeped tea instead of orange pekoe.
Order two food items and got 1 napkin. Had to wait over 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge my existence at the side of the food counter to ask for napkins so wasn’t even about to spend more time asking for the tea to be corrected. Overall will not revisit this location unless absolutely necessary.
