Wow! I haven’t been to this location for quite awhile and wow they’ve done a really great renovation! So fresh and clean! I decide to sit inside and have lunch the staff was friendly and efficient my food was fresh and good!

I work midnights and go there 4 nights a week, but tonight the one staff looked miserable, didn’t say nothing to me just gave me a dirty look and gave me my tea. Like don’t work there or midnights if you hate it. Makes me want to go to another Tim hortons

I went through the drive-thru around 4 AM this morning to purchase a coffee and a tea. The gentleman taking my order entered everything correctly on the screen, but I was given a coffee instead of a tea. I also ordered an extra-large cup of warmed milk for my baby, but it had coffee in it instead. We were already on the highway and couldn’t turn back, so it was pretty disappointing. Hopefully attention to orders can improve.

it’s every day story when I came back from Work around midnight there is a girl in night shift She don’t know how to talk with customer while taking order for just taking order of 1 coffee. She is taking five minutes on drive-through. and when I say it’s not actually what I want and she say no, when I even taste in front of her. I say it’s not the same. She say how you know. she say
I know it’s my job. I’m drinking every day, so I know what it is, how coffee taste, she gave me French vanilla, and she saying it’s a coffee. I’m not saying for every guy I’m just saying for specifically one girl who is working in Night Shift. That’s it. She don’t know how to talk. She don’t know how to give service to customer. maybe Tim Hortons have to improve on this

Quick, plenty of seating, consistent food quality, clean. No complaints. Just be aware the area does have some interesting characters to say the least. A few times there were panhandlers outside that aggressively approach you, im not holding that against the building and businesses but it is something to be aware of as a customer.

Ordered an Americano, an ice coffee and and breakfast sandwich. All three items were incorrect. The Americano was so bad I dumped it on the ground. The lady at drive-thru talks way to much and screws up most orders. Worst tim Hortons location in durham
