The drive-thru team at this location is generally friendly and pleasant, and I appreciate their service. I did want to share one observation in case it’s helpful: on a few visits, I’ve noticed that one staff member seems a bit disengaged or not as upbeat as the rest of the team. Everyone can have off days, of course, and this isn’t meant to single anyone out, just something I’ve noticed over time.
There’s nothing negative overall about my experience; it’s simply a small area where consistency in the customer service atmosphere could be improved. I hope this feedback is taken respectfully, as that’s how it’s intended.

Every single time I have come to this location, the staff do not get my order correctly. Today was no exception. I asked for 3 BELTs. I even ordered saying Bacon,Egg, Lettuce and Tomato on a bagel. Instead I got a BL- Bacon & Lettuce on a bun for all 3 sandwiches! I was gobsmacked. To boot there was two pieces of bacon and a sad lettuce leaf stuck in the bun. Not appetizing in the least. The coffee order was right for once. Try the Thornton and Rossland ave location instead.
This is one of the better ones. The service is fast and reliable, the staff is competent. The interior could be better. The ambiance is better than a lot of Tim Hortons but not five stars.

I wanted to recognize Miles for providing some of the best customer service I have ever received at this location. Last week, there was a small mix-up with my bagel order (it happens!), and I was a little frustrated. However, today, Miles went above and beyond to make it right. He not only immediately apologized for the previous mistake but also demonstrated genuine care and attention to detail when taking my order today. His warm, sincere apology and proactive approach made me feel valued as a customer. Miles is a fantastic example of what great customer service looks like—he was friendly, professional, and genuinely sorry for the past issue. Employees like Miles are the reason I continue to choose Tim Hortons.

2. And again, I Finished my coffee today to find an unknown black substance in bottom of the cup, appears to be grease or from a dirty finger.
1. Opened the lid to pour into a different cup to reheat... long black hair in coffee... yum.

I recently ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte with some customization from this location I was disappointed to find that my drink contained an espresso shot, which should not be part of the standard recipe. As an employee of Tim Hortons, I’m aware that the Iced Chai Tea Latte should be made without espresso, so this mistake really affected my experience and the quality of my order.
