A consistently great experience at this Tim Hortons!
This location has become my go-to for a reason. The coffee is always fresh, the food is hot and satisfying, and the staff are friendly and efficient—even during busy hours. I especially appreciate how clean and well-kept the space is, which makes it a comfortable stop whether I’m grabbing a quick breakfast or just taking a break.Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The service was quick, and the staff were polite and friendly. My coffee was fresh and perfectly made, and the food (especially the Timbits and breakfast sandwich) was warm and tasty. The place was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. It’s a nice spot for a quick bite or to sit and relax for a while. Definitely coming back again!

The people who works at the store seems like trainee. So I ordered a medium roasted hazelnut latte it was in store order I got the drink but the latte tastes to weird it tastes like a burnt coffee or bad milk I just got vomit.
Then I tried to reach support team and mailed the situation about this and these things happened on 19th November and today it’s 8th December so they are just trying to resolve the problem by themselves and coordinate of Tim Hortons is Savonnah and Jessica (Respectively they asked me to wait for couple of days you will receive a call from Store Owner or Manager). I don’t know what step should I take next.
Even after paying 4.29$ for a Medium Latte you get half cup filled.

walked in the store, had to wait 7-8 mins to place an order. all the staff (4) of them were busy serving the drive through.

Whenever I have come to this one, there is no one working store front. The drive thru can't keep up, and going inside is worse. No one working front, or if there is, they are making coffee, taking orders and making food for the whole restaurant. Customer service is gone here

At least the farmers wrap didnt have rotten eggs in the middle of it like the tims on harmony road, but the staff have a hard time understanding orders and messed up my coffee. Tims is just horrible now. I only went cause i got a gift card. buy local people! tims isnt a quarter as good as it used to be.

I ordered a plain croissant with cream cheese, but instead, I was given one with yellow cheese. This has never happened before at this location, so it was really disappointing. I hope the team pays closer attention to orders in the future to avoid mistakes like this. It impacted my overall experience.
