Tito Parley's is a hidden gem! The ube tres leches cake is incredibly soft, perfectly soaked, and packed with rich ube flavour (not sure how long it will be available so GO WHILE YOU CAN). The silvanas are light, buttery, and everything you would want them to be and more. Everything made there is made with love and you can taste it in every dessert and feel it through every interaction at the shop. 10/10

Just moved to whitby and on the haunt for filipino desserts and food. Im happy they are just around the area. Best Silvanas in the world. Always fresh and not dry. Their Ube basque cheesecake is amazing too. I love every dessert in this store.

How am I supposed to discuss?
I was really disappointed today.
I've gotten Tito Parley's 6-7 times. 3 times I've gone in looking for the mini set and they don't have it. They also didn't have the cheesecakes. These issues would've only cost them 1 or 2 stars, but what really got me was the PISTACHIO silvana which had almost no discernible pistachio flavor but did have a pistachio shell that my mom almost chipped her tooth on!! The queso was even worse with a sour flavor that was balanced with way too much sugar. Sugar desserts are the worst. I loved the dalgona coffee and the chocolate hazelnut is very nice, but it's hard for me to come back after that experience. AVOID!

A dangerous new addiction, tried them out today and I can't stop talking about how good they are! Such a cool and unique treat with a perfect balance of taste and texture. We tried the Ube as well as the Pistachio flavour and they we both divine. We will for sure be back again and again.

My son was craving the “purple Filipino dessert” google led me here. We waited all week to try it since they’re only open Friday to Sunday. Worth the wait. I’ve never had this type of dessert, It’s like an ice cream sandwich but lighter. Perfect for the summer. My favorite was the pecan sea salt yema. Will be back to try other flavors.
