Every time I’ve been to this Wendy’s I’ve had a bad experience. This time my frosty had the texture of frothed milk and the food was cold. And the last time I was here the meat was pink.

Very weird energy from the worker i interacted with the two times I've been there. They are very slow due to them prioritizing the drive-through so if you deive a vehicle too large to go there, don't waste your time going inside.
Asking condiments is almost like you're begging them to give you the food for free.
The food was okay but the whole atmosphere made me hesitant as it relates to how the food is being prepared.

Terrible! I walked in this evening and the place smelled bad! The staff had everyone standing around waiting for 20 minutes, I eventually left without ordering! There were 3 different uber drivers that were complaining how long it was taking. The atmosphere was just overall bad! There are a few other locations close by that you may want to visit instead of this location..

Great service. Love the home fries.
i ordered chili cheese nachos, two jr bacon cheeseburgers, and the spicy wrap duo on ubereats. not only did the order take 45 minutes to arrive, but i also only received the two burgers (both without the lettuce that i had asked for) and the wraps and nachos were missing. i would not recommend ordering from here especially since they lack decent communication and respect :)

0/5 girl had a major attitude!! SHAME
Worst service ever went to the drive thru around 330pm dec 10th 2024 today the girl at the window was rude and had an attitude. I accidentally spilled my drink in my car. When i tried to ask for a napkin she had slammed the window shut right before then and she was purposely ignoring me.

Sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes at 5pm on a Sunday before my order was even taken. I wish I could have driven away but to many cars behind me. Finally after ordering half my meal was given to me and I was asked to park and wait. I’m not sure why the restaurant was struggling ?? There was probably 12 new Canadians in there working, why would we be having problems????
So anyways, I park and wait for about 7 minutes until I realize nobody will be coming. So back thru the drive thru I go and my nuggets are just sitting there and no body can be seen thru the window. Finally get someone’s attention and get my nuggets and go. 40 minutes in the drive thru !!!!!
I reach home and open my burger only to realize that it’s incorrect. Don’t go here,

Bought a breakfast baconator in drive-thru. Took one bite and spat it out in disgust. Walked in to get a refund holding receipt and almost a complete sandwich and the manager Wendy said where's the piece you spit out. She expected me to bring the chewed up piece with me for verification, said I had attitude which I did not and proceeded to call me an idiot and said I wasn't welcome to come back.... WOW. all of the staff acted like this was normal behavior from her. Hey corporate, do you want the video? I'll send it to you gladly but you can also check tiktok and Instagram. Congratulations on your 1star review!!! 👏👏
