Got there before their dining closing time and the door was locked. I didn’t have a car so I asked at the VERY DEAD drive thru if I can order here they said no so I asked what do I do if I don’t have a car? And they just kept saying we can’t take your order.

Wendy’s never disappoints, but this visit was truly next level! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was absolutely perfect — crispy, juicy, and packed with the right amount of heat. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, and cooked to perfection!
What made the experience even better was the amazing service from Nazia. She was super friendly, quick with the order, and made sure everything was just right. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made my day.
Highly recommend this location — delicious food and outstanding customer service. Thanks, Wendy’s & thank you, Nazia! 👏🔥🍔

Closed the doors even before the closing time because they had to mop. Wow. Pathetic service.

Went there looking to buy a breakfast sandwich, the man on the drive through refused to serve me breakfast sandwiches, I was 8 minutes after the cut off time from breakfast to lunch, wow wow serious? Broooo serious?
I wasn't happy , I bought a frosty instead. I will not go there again

ordered on uber eats, got a completely different order. I work in fast food as well and even during a rush/busy time you are still supposed to verify which order you’re sending out- it’s on the delivery drivers and the staff. paid 30$ for two chicken sandwiches instead of two combos. just lazy service, read the numbers out not the names- there’s obviously multiple of the same name in oshawa.

They messed up my order for uber, was suppose to be a Dave's double combo and chicken strips combo ended up getting two soggy spicy chicken sandwiches.

Three times I’ve been in there and the manager is always screaming at her employees. Absolutely disgusting. I could hear it from the complete opposite side of the restaurant. Everytime I go there it’s the same thing. It’s pathetic employees go there to get screamed at and treated so poorly simply because manager is emotionally unstable.

Ordered two baconators off uber eats. The worst baconators I’ve ever had. Very dry and overcooked, the bacon was in small pieces rather than strips. Luckily was refunded but it’s the principle, I don’t know how they expect people to eat food like this. I felt disrespected

After I took my order and food served, I was eating at one of the tables here. All of sudden, the store manager/supervisor who was a lady in classes started to raise her voice and yell at a dude in front of the counter. It turned out the dude was looking for a job and hoping to drop his resume. The lady was yelling at him that “i don’t want your resume or service you either. You can get out, yes, get out now and don’t come back!” I didn’t get the entire conversation between them, don’t know what the dude said to trigger her like this. But honestly speaking, he is only seeking a job opportunity! I don’t really think he should be treated like this unrespectfully!

Wendy’s fries honestly surprised me in the best way. From the first bite, they were hot, crispy, and perfectly golden. I’ve had my share of fast-food fries, but these stood out immediately. They had a nice crunch on the outside with a soft, fluffy inside that made them really satisfying to eat. Even after a little while, they didn’t go soggy like some others do.

What I loved most was how fresh they tasted. They didn’t feel like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp. Instead, it felt like they were made just for me. You can actually taste the quality of the potatoes, and the skin-on style gave them a more natural, hearty vibe.

The portion was generous too. I ordered a medium, and it was more than enough definitely not stingy. They were lightly salted, just enough to bring out the flavor without being overpowering. Honestly, they were delicious on their own, but dipping them in ketchup or even a Frosty takes it up a notch.

Overall, Wendy’s fries hit every mark for me: crispy, generous, fresh, and delicious. I’d go back just for the fries they’re that good.
