Genuinely the most disgusting Chinese food I have ever eaten. The chicken was bland, over cooked, and tossed in oil. The noodles were also bland and DRENCHED in oil. The chicken in the chicken fried rice has the texture of rubber because of how overcooked it is. Don’t take it lightly when I say that WIN WIN is a total and utter LOSE LOSE for you as the consumer. They may cook the food fast, but for 100 damn dollars it’s basically highway robbery. I would rather pay the 43 dollars at the mandarin which has low quality buffet food, then give win win anymore attention attention. Utterly repulsive. If I could I would give it a 0/5.

Great take-out. Really fresh, great taste and great selection either al a carte or family meals. We had the dinner for four B. Definitely one of the best spots in Whitby.

We have been going here for many years. My husband picked up an order to go. He drove from Whitby to Peterborough (a 40 minute drive). The food was still hot, exactly what we ordered and was delicious. Win win is our go to Chinese food takeout restaurant.

Renewed faith! I stopped going about 2 years ago after 18 years because the food was not good like it was before. The food was so delicious!

First time eating here.....NOT THE BEST! My Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs were nothing but Breaded Bones....Also had a funny smell to the dish....Hope I don't get sick!......Bad for first time..not WIN WIN but BAD BAD!....

Usually it is good but tonight it was very Dry, over cooked, tough, bland and the extra ingredients we payed extra for wasn't added.

I think it's new owners. Been coming here for 20 plus years. Sadly the food is not as good. The beef Curry has no kick to it and the shrimp are now tempura style.

This place was ok. I ordered the BBQ pork. It was 15 bucks for this what looked like a 2 by 4 inch container. What an absolute joke.

Amazing food and friendly staff.

It is a cute little restaurant. Mainly for takeouts. The people who work there are very friendly. I ordered three dishes and they gave me rice for free.

Good food good taste didn't like the wonton soup . But outside of that the food was good

Got a Dinner got Four we enjoyed the meal the only problem would be the noodle, the noodle is soaked in like a oil like a really really watered down and had beef and vegetables which we did not expect I thought it was just going to be in a noodle in the pack all in all everything else is delicious We enjoyed the meal and I recommend people to order from there very good location in the Whitby area thank you win-win Chinese restaurant
