Staff was so friendly, not something you usually get at fast-food places anymore. I was happy I stopped there for a burger and my friend got chicken strips both hot and fresh. Cheers to the cook and the staff out front! You can see the quality and the care, they were ready to make you burgers and fries that were fresh and hot, cooked to order. I've been to many A&W's in my 31 years on earth and this place I wish was near me. 12/10 staff deserve a raise going above and beyond like they do. Thank you!

We had fantastic experience at Winnie the Pooh A&W . We were so impressed by the positive attitude of the girl named Manie , she was so polite and helpful that made our day really more pleasant. She handled a complicated order with a smile and a positive attitude.

Food came out as expected with A&W deliciousness. Staff knows not of native status tax exemption, and management refused to give it. Pathetic. It’s not coming out of your pocket, you know that right? For a northern Ontario business to not know of this is quite funny. Toronto, where there is much less native population never has a problem. Educate your staff and management on Canadian rules and policies please. In case you didn’t know, takeout food can be 8% tax exempt.
