If you can eat before or after White River! After waiting almost 15 minutes and having 5 people served before me (I inquired at one point and was told my food would be shortly before Parachand turned his back on me and served someone else their food who ordered after me). Simple customer service of "sorry sir we are just waiting on the burger" or something would do wonders. I know it was the burgers because the onion rings were cold. When we finally got our food we noticed we received one fries and one onion rings. I mentioned to Parachand that we ordered two onion rings and he looked and me and said no I ordered fries and my wife ordered onion rings. My wife said no we both ordered onion rings. Again we were told we are wrong. Obviously we will get no where so we left with the food since obviously your staff decides to serve out what they want regardless of what the customer ordered. This was absolutely terrible customer service and a fine example of how a customer does not matter to A & W. Thanks but no thanks to A & W!

Food is typical of A\\u0026W. No complaints. Definitely recommend the chicken tenders! I was surprised by how crispy they were (fried fresh) and had great seasoning.

Even though this was just a stop for coffee, the coffee they served was delicious. Hit the spot on a long drive through. The staff were very friendly and put on a fresh pot for us.

The food was made good. Sadly, the fire was nearby, so lots of people were ordering with only one person working the tills and looking to be only one chef. They did the best they could. But the wait time was awful, but the staff did the best they could with what they had.

Although the Mozza burger is on of my favourite burgers from all the chains, i really, really dislike A\u0026W. For years now they cut down in quality and raised their prices. And almost never any coupons, except for breakfast maybe.

Location is White River, burgers were cold n disgusting...I believe the stuff proper training on how garnish a burger, my burger had chucks of onions on it (like for soups) not sliced or diced!!! I've had A+W lots n lots...yes I'll have it again but not there, just a heads up, White River ON Not!!!

We're on a cross country journey from Toronto and seeing HOW CLEAN this A&W franchise is just amazing. Very well kept franchise and the toilet is VERY CLEAN. Food is usual, it's good..STAFF ARE AWESOME! Very friendly! I mean the town itself is very friendly!!!! ?This one is one of our best stop overs.

Came from winnipeg 11 hours drive , man I was tired and sleepy. 8pm stopped at A and W restaurant and Esso gas station. Let me tell you staff at both places are wonderful and very helpful and the breakfast at 8:15 pm was tasty and the coffee just right for my journey.Thanks again , keep up the good job people.I will stop by on the way back.sincerelyFriendly ManitobanKid-friendliness: Staff was so nice and very clean place.

They have a great staff and delicious fresh food. I went with my family at 5pm on a Saturday just before the dinner rush. Everything was fresh and delicious. After the rush started the employees were super organized and right on top of everything. I was impressed.

Amazing staff! Passed through during a cross country road trip/move and I was super indecisive that day but the wonderful gentlemen working the evening shift was patient, helpful and kind. On top of that, it was the best Veggie burger from A&W I've ever eaten - fresh, crisp lettuce!
Food was just simply okay nothing special bland actually. Service was in fact really great cashier man happily took my order. Atmosphere was just another fast food joint.

Burger was sloppily put together and not very hot, onion rings were terrible - a couple of hot ones on top of room temperature previously over-cooked rings. These seems to be the standard now at A&W to mix a couple fresh rings with ones that were sitting around for too long. The "new" franchise owners do notcare about food quality or cleanliness of the restaurant. Our table was gross so we washed it ourselves (looked like the owner was too busy counting piles of cash next to the till to bother with customers. I will NEVER visit an A&W again.

No matter what time. Palatable coffee, which is admirable on that trek. The friendliest people you'll ever meet (I'm writting this with at least a 10 year gap from my first visit to my last). I don't review fast food places often because it's not the restaurant or even the people that makes an experience there are soany variables with fast food. This place must have an incredible owner operator. The pride shows through in the staff, the quality of the food and even the prices.Stay humble, this place gives me faith.Vegetarian options: They have the beyond meat stuff that's apparently the best on the market for fast foodKid-friendliness: They serve me at my table with kids. Clean tables, crayons, and kids.options.Parking: Easy parking, never full.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one floor. Few doors to go through to get to the bathroom and what not but they have the working buttons.
